I have had pleasant experiences at other branches as I’ve been with Keybank for almost 10 years. They denied my deposit, the same type of check I receive for many years and has always been accepted at my regular (different) branch. (It was made out to my personal name and my LLC, but they wouldn’t work with me unless I opened another business account) I felt like the front desk lady and manager were rude and did not care about working with me. They made sure to open the front door for me and my son and “kindly” showed me out. Waste of time. Check accepted at the next drive out of my way.

Bad experience all around. I signed up during a promotion as I'd like a bank to replace my WF account, and despite reading the fine print, and being careful to fulfill requirements, somehow got caught up in a loophole and was denied the $500. The fees are high, there is no cell signal in the building and no wifi provided so online banking from the lobby is out of the question. Despite spending nearly an hour on the phone with tech support I couldn't get the check deposit feature to work on the mobile app. I finally went in to close my account, and the teller was rather rude. I'm guessing that was not his first less than satisfied customer that day. Anyway, I had to wait a couple more months to close the account without penalty. A headache to be sure. I was hoping to leave Wells Fargo, but this place makes them look really good.

The best bank ever they even have dunkin doughnuts coffee and free Christmas chocolate cookies and very friendly and they even have a fancy bathroom you have to sign your name and show them your drivers license before you go peeeeeeeee lol!

I have always had great service at this branch. I have been banking with them for years and have never had a bad experience. They always complete my requests with a timely manner and really seem to care about their customers. When I opened my first account they spent a lot of time explaining all the details to me and it felt very personal.

Incredibly arrogant little manager. I am so thankful they are not my bank. I have never been treated with this much disrespect in a bank of all places.

Ever since the Horrible new Manager, Brian, took over this branch things are awful. I wanted to open a new account and he couldn't see me for 3 days. When I did finally speak with Brian, he was so rude and condescending that I took my business to a different bank. Save yourself the horrible service with this new branch manager and pick a different bank.

Very poor customer service received at this branch. Not completely satisfied with the company as a whole, but this branch is the reason I'm closing my account. Having an adult man openly lie to you is something that shouldn't happen where you bank.
