Our family has used many pharmacies in the past, and I can honestly say this pharmacy deserves a 5 star review. There can be hang ups within the pharmaceutical industry, but this particular pharmacy is the most proficient, professional, andfriendly my experience. The several interactions I've had here have been both personable and professional. Thank you to all the professionals there who work late hours to provide medicine to our community!

Something wrong every single time I visit this pharmacy. Major bad attitudes with almost everyone there. Last time they told me I was too early and I needed to wait 15 minutes.Today I waited until late in the day, but it was still "too soon, we don't fill those until the next day." They asked me to wait 15 minutes. A full hour later, ice cream melting in the bag, staff are avoiding eye contact. I ask what's up, the tech cops a major attitude and tells me to get back in line. Next tech lies to my face and says they haven't called any names up when I watched him call 2 customers up that came in over 30 minutes after me. Vyvanse guy and little old lady both got called up before me and came in 30 minutes later me.Don't waste your customers' time and don't lie to them. Do better.

I purchased box wine at ks. The wine bag and box appeared to be blowing up, as if the fermentation process hadn't ceased. The wine was unopened and obviously spoiled. When trying to return or exchange the damaged product I was informed fermented products can't be exchanged. I investigated and this is not Colorado law. The clerk assured me his father drank box wine for 20 years. . So heads up. Don't buy alcohol at ks.

Have always had a decent experience here, refilling Rx about once a month. Whenever they've said 20-30 min to refill, that's always been the case, no longer. Line can be long sometimes but usually I get through quickly, either just on my own or with a couple people ahead. Didn't have insurance once and they automatically got a coupon for me so the price was still good. Took a day to fill a new Rx once cuz they had to order it in. Have never had any trouble otherwise. I always go in so not sure about the drive thru.

Worse pharmacy in Fort Collins--slow service, rude staff, long lines, and watch your insurance. Their staff is so-o-o slow and extremely rude.

This has to be in the running for worst pharmacy in Fort Collins. Need to get someone on the phone? Good luck. You will likely get thrown on hold before you have time to respond to "Can you hold"? Need your prescription that was called in hours earlier? That'll be 20-30 minutes AFTER you wait in line for 10-20 minutes because there's_always_a_line. Want to try the drive thru? LOLIf you're patient and lucky, you'll likely be rewarded with assistance from a pharm associate that doesn't want to even TRY to appear like they enjoy their job or belong in a customer service role. I'm actually glad they aren't taking my insurance anymore after 1/1/23. I'll gladly go somewhere else.

It's convenient to where I live. And I am grateful they were open on thanksgiving. But it's more expensive than Wal Mart and Safeway. And the people who work there are at best standoffish and sometimes flat out rude. Sometimes (like today) I have no choice but to go there. But it's only when I have no other option.

I am finished with this pharmacy. It is always "20 minutes" when you go inside, and not when you go to the drive up. Although they can ignore you when you are at the drive up, even after you press the yellow button and are told to wait. You wait and wait. Today, same thing, this is my last time going here, I will actually save money and time going somewhere else.

Items unavailable for online pick up all of the time. Will place order late the night before for the first pickup of the day and still can't get all ordered items. How is it possible that your inventory is off that badly? Some of the substitutions are ridiculous. Ordered lactose free milk, it was unavailable and regular milk was the substitution. Seriously? Produce looks like it has been thrown against the wall. Will not be ordering online at this store anymore, it is supposed to be convenient but isn't at all!

Buyer beware. If you shop here and utilize the shop online and pick up, check that you have everything you ordered before leaving or you will end up without products you paid for and the store will not refund you even if they say they will give you a refund in 7-10 business days. I do not recommend this store or this company. They care more about money then customers.

Update: Customer service is clearly dictated by pharmacy team cohesiveness. I went to pick up meds two days in a row which were equally busy. Different pharmacy team was working the next day and it was twice as efficient. Guess it just depends on the day ?Original: Understaffed and overworked. I’m here every 2 weeks and have watched this go from being a stellar pharmacy… until covid hit, and service has since gone way downhill. This is also a PSA to avoid the drive thru at all costs. They’ll barely acknowledge you over the speaker and then ignore you for as long as it’ll take for you to give up and drive away, all while you watch them funnel through the inside line. I don’t know why they just don’t close the drive thru portion - it’s useless to try.
