Judy constantly acts like she can't hear me and forces me to say or ask the same things multiple times on the phone and in person even when the other employees can clearly hear me from much further away. She puts me on hold for 10 minutes or more for something that only takes a few seconds, which the other employees never do. The young guy who works there has apologized for her behavior multiple times. None of the other employees here or at other pharmacies in town have ever behaved like this.

I only fill one medication here that my regular pharmacy can't get. Every single time I go here the staff is absolutely wonderful, helpfully and caring.

Don't send your prescription here. My doctor called mine in at 11am and for some reason it took them 7 hours to finally have it ready.

Had a great experience with the pharmacy today. The pharmacist went above and beyond for me today. All the pharmacy staff take their time to help patients and are very kind in ensuring you have everything you need.

Judy has got to go. She tries to argue with me about MY BIRTHDATE. Remember, if she “helps” you, save your receipt and take the king soopers survey. Let’s get Judy fired! She needs to find a job she likes!
UPDATE: The other staff members at this pharmacy actually defend Judy’s sour attitude and horrible customer service. Keep this in mind!

State and local laws generally prohibit animals in grocery stores. This is because food is prepared, stored and sold in these businesses, and the presence of an animal could pose a sanitation risk. As a grocery store owner, it's up to you to uphold the law. The most obvious way to keep pets out of your store is to place signs at every entrance. Per the FDA!!!

never did i think i'd be leaving a review for a king soopers... but the customer service from Robbie is always so genuinely great that I felt the need. This is not my home grocery store, so I don't come often. However, every time I do and Robbie is working, he is awesome. Here's a kudos to him!

I never in my life have been treated so poorly by a pharmacy tech. Judy is an absolute nightmare dealing with. She is constantly trying to hold medications that are due to be filled and refusing to fill them. She is not the doctor and acts like she has the overall say on when u need your meds. Even after I had my doctor call and give the okay to fill them she still refused. When I asked Walgreens to pick them up for me she sent my medications to random Walgreens all over Fort Collins and I almost couldn’t find them. She is the most Condescending unprofessional and downright rude person I have ever had to deal with as far as customer service goes she needs to be terminated and should not be allowed to help the public she’s putting peoples lives in jeopardy when she’s messing with peoples meds she’s a reminder she’s not the doctor she supposed to do is push these pills out. Get a new technician please king Soopers!!!
