Every single time I come to shop anytime of day the store is egregiously understaffed. They open one of three self checkouts for the busy times and hardley have any associates to run a check stand, most I've seen is three. All the associates seem sad, angry, and beat down. I really hesitate to talk to anyone or also for help in finding products because everyone here seems visibly upset and I can't blame them. The way king Soopers treats BOTH it's customers and employees is appalling.

A quick stop for a prescription pick up. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. I always enjoy shopping at the cedarwood location. Staff is great. Jonathan was especially helpful when I needed assistance at the self checkouts. Still a great store and staff. Great as always. Still great

My experience across King Soopers in Fort Collins has quite changed over time.
They appear to have a mix of happy and unhappy staff. Their products are good and priced competitively but there are few observations I am still trying to confirm and hence will withhold comments directly addressing such. Everything else is looking good

Love our local kings stores. Only advice I can give is stop filling up the walking space with more pallets of junk you already sell somewhere else in the store. It makes it really difficult when it's busy to get around
