Ugh. They couldn’t be less transparent with their offers if they tried. 15% off offers that may or may not work until you get to the register. It didn’t. No wonder brick & mortar stores are dying. I won’t be back.

Yikes, looks like K-Mart before they went out of business. Lots of empty space and shelves, random boxes all over. Hopefully that's temporary but it makes me depressed shopping here.

Cashiers are a little shady. They offered me 40% off without mentioning you had to sign up for a credit card. I thought I was just updating my Kohl's account until they asked for my SSN. Felt pretty deceptive on the part of the cashier.

I was shopping between Kohls & Sephora in December 2024 & saw the manager screaming & yelling at staff from across the store making crude remarks. I was very much taken aback to witness someone in a management position acting so cruel to her employees whilst there where a handful of other customers in the store who also saw this unprofessional behavior. The manager who was treating her employees disrespectfully was Renee. I’m leaving this review because it completely disrupted my time shopping & was absurd to see such behavior in what is supposed to be a professional workplace. I will not be returning to this Kohls after such an unprofessional encounter. Another visit I had at this Kohl’s with the same manager I experienced There was a single cashier working, and a long line. Several times, the cashier called for help, but no one came to open another register. I observed another employee walk past this cashier several times, but she never stopped to help- she instead went into a side room near the entrance doors.
As the line got longer and longer, and the single cashier struggled to keep up, I observed her burst into tears. Customers were calling out encouragement to the cashier- "It's ok honey. You're doing fine!"
I walked to the side room and found the other female employee sorting some clothing. She asked me "Can I help you?" I said "Well, your cashier is struggling and just burst into tears and can't keep up with the line of people." This employee rolled her eyes and walked to the cashier station and rudely asked the cashier "Do you NEED something?"
The cashier wiped her eyes and said "other than some help, no."
The lady started to walk away, and I said "Can't you help her get through this line of customers?"
And the lady said to me "No- I'm a MANAGER and I can't get tied up at a register for 45 minutes at a time." I said "How about for 10 minutes to help her out?"
The manager said to me "What if I am needed in another part of the store? I can't be standing at a register."
Another customer yelled out "I don't think you're going to be needed anywhere else- everyone who needs help is standing right here in this line."
The manager then shook her head at us and angrily went to a register. My husband I were next in line but she was clearly upset with me and called the people behind us to check out with her.
The lady in line with the upset cashier said to her "You need to leave this place. Come apply where I work- our managers do not treat their employees so poorly!"
I have worked in retail management for years, and I know this store manager's behavior was completely out of line. She was rude to the employee, rude to customers, and did not seem to care at all if the store was running smoothly or customers were being taken care of.
Your store was very poorly represented by this "manager".
