Kyle Basnar took the time to understand what I was looking for and found me the perfect home within a couple days. He suggested a home outside of what I thought I wanted, and it was surprisingly the home for me! He listened but also expanded my vision. Kyle did an excellent job helping us navigate multiple markets. We began working with him in the Fort Collins area, then pursued properties in Boulder but ended up in Grand Junction.
