Place is a complete joke. Incompetent staff, no reception just a kiosk that doesn't work. Rude staff putting personal things over patients. Had to give my requisition number 4 times to the tech who mis wrote it all 4 timesThen I was dead last in service even though I was there before many other patients. The office is set up line a fly by night scam.

I had a great experience here this morning. I arrived at about 8:30 without an appointment and within five minutes I was greeted and taken back. Both of the nurses were very skilled, kind, and compassionate.

Awful website, in order to verify me for my test results it gave me security questions such as the state I lived in car, etc, all answers were completely off for my name and DOB and it locked me out, cool. Next it gave me the option to fill out a form that I had to fill out with my ID to verify that would take 3 days or longer, great man. However, no matter what I do with the form it is a LOCKED pdf with a user password and there is no possible way of filling it out except printing it out, filling it out, photocopying it, etc, etc. For real? That’s an awful lot of work and I don’t have a printer. Worse I can’t even find any customer service number just some long inquiry form to fill out. None of that, I need to see my test results but they’ve made it impossible by just not being aware of how poorly their site functions. I thought healthcare was supposed to have a high priority on working technology. Idk what to do now I’m just gonna have to call a bunch of people until I find my results. Smh

We just had a HORRIBLE experience with one of the male technicians. We have a sick 7 year old, terrified to get her blood drawn, this man walks in and says, better sit still, I'm backed up so this has to be quick, if you don't sit still I'm going to have to poke you twice. No compassion, my husband followed him out of the room to ask for some compassion and some numbing spray. It went so horribly she did not allow him to even touch her arms. Now are having to look for another option with a scared kid. I have called to file an official complaint and am waiting for a call back. People need to care, it's not about your schedule, it's about the client needing your services. NEVER TAKE A CHILD HERE!

To make the best out of your visiting experience, make an appointment on their website. (You can walk in without an appointment, but there will be a wait.) Then when you show up, check yourself in by scanning your ID, if no one is at the front desk to help you. That's exactly what I did, and I got in and out in 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. The best lab experience ever!!

I agree with a previous reviewer I think the rating is low at this location due to people not taking the time to leave a positive review when they have a good experience. I had lab orders from my doctor and first went to Quest and was given the run around regarding needing an appointment with NO ONE in the lab except the phlebotomist at 8am. They said LabCorp can take me and gave me the location. I arrived here thinking I was going to face the same and it was nothing like Quest! I was addressed immediately and treated so respectively and kindly. I will return here if I ever have to have lab work done again. Well done!!

The collector and receptionist, Sarai, was insensitive and rude. When I walked in she didnt give me any eye contact or even greet me. When i went back to do the drug test collection, she called me dude at one point when I didnt underatand the directions she gave. "Dude dont do that". She's very unprofessional and gave attitude the entire time. Terrible experience.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I went for a work drug test today and it was the worst experience ever. The man who did the collection was incredibly aggressive. While sitting in the waiting room he had come out to LOUDLY explain how we would fail the test if we didn’t collect enough urine. Told us how many people he failed that week (36 people) and just was nasty when speaking to the room. Once taken back he was no better. Practically pushing you out of the way and out the door as fast as possible. His whole demeanor was highly aggressive, dismissive and short in patience. You could hear him barking orders from the waiting area. He was constantly slamming the doors. Just in general super intimidating and not friendly in the slightest. The woman was a bit better but acted and looked like she didn’t want to be there. I would recommend staying as far away as possible from this place. I left the building shaking from this experience.

The Milestone Dr location had perhaps 7 or 8 people seated shoulder-to-shoulder (all seats occupied) and a couple people standing in a postage stamp sized room with a few more people standing outside the entrance door in the hall. No one was at the office desk window. I went to sign in at the kiosk and when I read the message to sign in for quick and convenient service I knew the service would not be quick or convenient so I left and won't be back. What a disgusting crowded zoo! Unfortunately, my PCP who used to be with Associates in Family Medicine is now with Walgreens Village Medical and apparently they now refer to Labcorp instead of the UCHealth lab. Seems exceedingly inconvenient since Labcorp couriers the blood to a test facility in Denver when the UCHealth lab does the routine blood tests right there at there facility on Harmony Road with results ready in an hour.

Lady at the counter was rude with everyone who waited there. She then took my blood in a rush by stabbing the needle forcefully and she kept it at an angle that hurt. She didn't utter any words the whole time, leaving me in anticipation and pain.

I have been going here for years and for some time, I would agree the front desk person was not very helpful or friendly. However, the phlebotomists I have worked with there, have been awesome, always friendly, kind, expedient. No hesitation in recommending this location at all.

This is the worst lab I have ever been to. The lady who helped me the two times I have been there was nothing but rude. I went in for a urine drug screen for school, it has been over two weeks and have not received any results or any updates. I have tried calling multiple times and have left multiple voicemails. No one answers the phone or calls you back. I finally went in and asked what was going on and got scolded about how they cannot tell me anything and to have the school reach out to them and that I needed to just turn around and leave. If you can avoid LabCorp please do and go right down the road to Horizon Lab.

I actually had a very good experience. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very pleasant. The technician who drew my blood she was also very pleasant. I was in and out very quickly. The areas were all very clean. I would visit this office again.
