Beware people with dogs!!!! We went in to buy a few things for a home .Tape measure, box cutters and so on. AND socialize our 1 year old puppies at the same time. When we put our pups on sit stay in the front part of the store close to where the tape measure are right in front of us about 2 feet away from both my husband who had our male's leash Mason and I had our females leash Misha. There was plenty of room for people to come and go next to us. When all of sudden one of the sales associate walks by very close to Misha our female ( who turned her head only, she did not break sit stay) towards him. While he says "So we are coming to train dogs in Lowes now" Ruddly and almost brush up against our dog. Fine BUT. Why? It made us super surprised first, and then angry, like we weren't supposed to be there. We actually drove back to the store to speak with a manager. But when my husband got the name of the guy ( from him) The manager was just as bad . Making excuses for his worker. Telling us all the stuff that others had done but not us...? I guess the sales person said our pups were off leash.... NOT true. AND jumped on him! Also, NOT True. The manager never even gave us his own name and for some reason it was hard to see his name tag. Maybe because we were honestly to busy trying to defend ourselves..... as the manager explained from someone that won't let an employee down an aisle because they are training their dogs.... Or, so, we were told.... We have never done such a thing. And, we understand first and foremost, this is a hardware store !!! We just happen to also have been able to shop and bring our pups in at the same time with welcome open arms. Well Not Fort Collins store. At least Not Peter the sales associate and the manage on duty Super Bowl 2025 Sunday afternoon. We will go to Loveland Lowes Or Home Depot from now on! Thanks to management and one sales person.

Our refrigerator died last Saturday.. on Sunday morning we went to Lowe’s in Fort Collins to shop for a new one. We found what we wanted and ordered it up.
Our refrigerator was delivered Monday morning! The Mike and his delivery crew were friendly, careful, timely and professional. They did a great job!
We were amazed that we could buy and then receive our appliance within 24 hours.
This Lowe’s has exceptional service. Shop here first!

Horrible customer service...
Real contractors don't shop here unless a customer already purchased something.... And here is why.... they don't sell good brands of tools and the wood they carry is awful.
I have had this store mess up 2000 dollar contractor order, so I stopped using them.
I have gotten a few gift cards for them in the past few years from family, and it has been no problem just getting cash for them. I even purchased a piece of workout equipment recently and was surprised that it showed up in one piece.
Even after informing my family that I don't shop here, sometimes they make a mistake. But this time the store manager did nothing just told me that I was S.O.L.
Will not be doing any business with lowes ever again because of this, and I had just started to give them another shot, but not after that in counter with your manager....
I now have to return the gift card to my family so they can get their money back in NY.....
Also according to colorado state law you do have to return gift cards to contractors and busnesses under 200,000 dollars so.....

Lowe's delivered the wrong dishwasher, took our old dishwasher and refuses to remedy the situation. I have been on customer support for hours over the last three weeks being told a date for the delivery, only to call the next week and be told that it would be another few weeks. I was finally was told it was in stock by a corporate customer support rep and called the store to schedule the delivery. I was transferred four times before talking to a manager, Jeff, who told me it was my fault because I asked for a delivery and that was different from an install. After arguing symantics Jeff took down some dates that work with my schedule. He called me a left a voicemail that it would be installed next week. I had a follow up call with someone from corporate who told me it would be up to another three weeks. And they are unwilling to give me a refund because Lowe's has scrapped my original dishwasher they won't allow me to cancel for a refund, and I'm stuck with a dishwasher that costs $500 less than the one I ordered. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be shopping at Lowe's ever again.

The staff have always been helpful when I've gone in there, even when I've had to take unwanted items back. They are very dog friendly, and I've never had any problems taking my Pitbull/Staffy mix in there, though some of the customers get scared (get educated and stop being judgmental people)
The only downside is that their timber isn't very good, but they are definitely better than Home Depot.

This location charges a Public Improvement Fee (PIF) on every transaction. Check your receipt. This should be illegal. Go to Loveland if you have to go to Lowes.

The purchase in the store was good, the associate helping was very knowledgeable and we were able to make our purchase.
At the time of the purchase the delivery was scheduled for Monday, November 15. Great we would be home all day. On Friday, November 15, I received an email from the delivery service informing me that the delivery was now set for Thursday, November 22. I immediately called the phone number on the email to let them know that the delivery had originally been scheduled for Monday and that with the change to Thursday, the delivery would need to be in the morning as we had an appointment in the afternoon. The person on the other end indicated she would make a note of that.
On Wednesday evening, I received a call from Miranda confirming the delivery. I told her that we needed to leave at 1:00 and that I had requested an early delivery. She confirmed that I was the first delivery with a delivery window from 10 - 1. I again repeated my appointment and the need to leave at 1:00. She said she would let the installer know.
On Thursday, the day of the delivery, I received a call from Miranda at 11:30 letting me know that the installation guy would arrive at 12:23. He and his partner arrived at 12:30. I asked if they knew I needed to leave at 1:00…with a great deal of negative attitude he indicated “I will do my best… it took 3 hours to get to you”. I was stunned by his response and attitude. I didn’t respond and asked my husband to deal with the install.
Once the install was complete…at 1:10, we immediately left and were late for our appointment.
There was no review of how to work the dishwasher.
With the exception of the initial purchase this has been a horrible experience and will do everything I can to avoid delivery from Lowes ever again.
