I came in at 4:30 on a Thursday without an appointment to look at kitchen cabinet options. A kitchen specialist was available right away to meet with me. I knew in general, what I was looking for. She helped me narrow it down quickly, and could’ve given me price with various cabinet styles within another 15 minutes, but I was in a hurry. She promised to send me an email within a day or two with a price for all the options I asked for. Excellent service from a person who obviously loves her job.

Excellent experience. The staff were helpful and directed me to the correct aisle. They assisted me with all of my needs. I highly recommend this store.

This review is not about the store most stores are the same you have some people that are helpful and some people that are not my complaint is they have just raised the interest rate on my credit card to 31% and they've started charging me a $1.99 to get a statement in the mail. In order to check a statement. Now I suppose I can call which is what I will try to do but they want you to go online do all the hassle and expose yourself to hackers to save the $1.99. Couldn't they just send it to my email.. They're all greedy the corporate people are greedy greedy greedy they make 500% more than their employees and they still need my money couldn't they eat a little cheaper couldn't they have a regular toilet instead of a gold one I hope they get rewarded in heaven i hope they have to clean toilets...

Customer service and staffing are something Lowe’s Corporate should do better in training their managers. Spent 45 minutes waiting for the manager Jeff to come to customer service for a refund because he is short staffed in other departments. The refund was needed because of an error at self checkout.Apparently the error is normal when purchasing some items and they always need a manger approval to correct it. They called the manager and… after 45 minutes of waiting at the front desk I had to personally walk around the store and find him. When I recommended that they put up a sign to inform customers the need to purchase this particular item at the customer service desk he replied that it’s not common to be short staffed and wait around for 45 minutes.Sorry to state the obvious but it is normal to wait around for an associate to help. Examples range from trying to get someone to cut lumber or getting a garden associate to restock a pallet of brick that is empty. Please don’t gaslight customers when your either always short staffed or maybe staff are to busy doing something else instead of helping.

The number one problem with Lowe's has always been their customer service. I cannot emphasize enough how this place loses my business due to poor customer service and poorly trained staff. Or really staff that just doesn't even seem to care about the customer or their on job.

The old lady with pink hair at the returns counter should not be working there. She didn’t know what she was doing. She tried to tell us the policy changed a month ago but the website still shows the policy. I honestly think she just didn’t know what she was doing. She fumbled the entire transaction and argued with us about what was possible despite the policy being written on the counter and the website. I am never going back to this Lowe’s.

Heaven (compared to you know who). Calm relaxing good vibe. The people that work there don’t seem overwhelmed and seem to rather enjoy helping. Must be they are treated better. A bit far for me so I dont usually go there unless I can’t find it at (you know where). Love its seasonal dept. Fun to explore. Oddly.

I am a Vietnam Vet and really appreciate then support Lowe’s gives us. The other big lumber/hardware store pretends to support Vets but they make it much harder to get the discount. Besides that I get great support as a customer when I am in the store.

I ordered my dishwasher three weeks ago, I was told delivery by Monday 2 weeks after ordering. Then I went into the store, they said my dishwasher is at the distribution center but the truck won’t leave until it is full. I have 4 kids and washing dishes for 6 by hand is very cumbersome. Lowe’s should honor their delivery date, even if the truck is full. It’s not my fault they didn’t sell enough product
