I came in to return two pairs of align leggings after realizing the fabric was not the same quality as I was used to. (The fabric changed due to supply chain issues) I was approached by a sales associate that was more than reluctant to help me with the return. Keep in mind, I have never once returned an item in the almost 10 years I have been purchasing lululemon clothing. The sales associate proceeded to tell me that I could not have a refund but only an exchange… for more leggings - nothing else. I don’t like any other styles other than the align leggings. I was aggressively forced to try on and take wundertrain leggings although I voiced my opinion on my dislike of the fabric and fit.The next day, I reached out to lululemon corporate to rectify the situation. I thought the situation had been handled, I mailed the leggings to corporate after being told I would receive a refund to my debit account. I have now been waiting for a refund for almost three weeks.I am sad to say the quality and customer service at lululemon has TANKED. I have moved on to Vuori, Alo and Athleta. I will not be buying ANYTHING else from lululemon. What an end to an era… do better.

For years lulu has had an extremely customer friendly exchange policy on damaged items. I was informed this policy would become more strict as of April 15th. Over the course of three weeks I have returned my damaged items with no issues until today 4/3 11:50am. This staff has decided to interpret the changes differently than every employee I’ve worked with over the past three weeks. Staff consistently told me to get items in before 4/15. Today staff were rude, inconsiderate, and not consistent with the messaging I’ve been receiving.

They give us veteran's a discount worth it, not just 5% off, which is just taxes of the sale. They help my family out as well, so my brothers and sisters of arms go there for your shopping experience

The clothes is great but the service was even better. Kai took care of us. Gave my daughters coloring pages while they waited. Helped us get different sizes, and was very friendly throughout. Had a great experience shopping here.

I love their products, but this location let me down. We drove a total of 3 hours to get to the store. I came in with a coat that had unraveling seams. I had owned the coat for a little over a year and the first female employee said that she would look to replace it since they didn’t sell that model anymore. I thought, sweet, this is the customer service I am used to and the reason why I love lulu so much. Then a male employee came over to us and dismissed it as “old” and told me my best option was to go pay and have someone else repair it. Apparently things that are a little over a year old are considered “old” when it comes to clothes here. We even saw the in-house seamstress walking around in the store, and they did not offer to have her take a look at it. This interaction doesn’t seem to honor the quality promise, and I was very disappointed. I reached out to lulu online and they got the performance return started right away. I won’t be purchasing from this store location anymore.

I have been to Lululemon in 4 states and have never been disappointed, Colorado takes the cake for being awesome though! I cannot say enough great things about Jennifer!!! Her customer service is amazing. I’m not sure if she’s the store manager but she is definitely cut from the same cloth and deserves a raise!

I brought in a belt bag to exchange for a different color and the staff was very helpful. The color I wanted was out of stock at that location, so they ordered it for me online. It came in the mail quickly.

Wow! I don't know if I can speak highly enough about this store! I was bummed when I noticed one of my leggings from Lulu had a hole in the stitching. My friend told me that if I took them in they may help me. I was hesitant but figured it was worth a try. I went in and a guy with curly, brown hair was super helpful and looked at them and said he would!! He said they can if it isn't normal wear and tear and not too old. They made a loyal customer out of me and I will no longer buy my leggings from anywhere else. Thanks for standing behind your product!

I shop here regularly and always have such an awesome experience. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful, and they always seem to have what I want in stock!Today I went in with an issue with a few pairs of leggings, and Anna went above and beyond to make sure that the problem is solved, and that I was happy with my experience. She is incredible, and how I was treated today sealed the deal on why I will always choose this location above all others.

Kim was my ‘concierge’. I use that term because I felt so well cared for- like I was a special customer who deserved the best of attention. I received a LuLu gift card for my bday which Kim helped me redeem. These clothes fit my body and are extremely flattering. This is the gift that will keep me happy for years. We’ll worth the price point. Thank you, Kim!

I love Lululemon and have been wearing it for years! Although today I went in to buy a new outfit and do a quality promise exchange. I purchase Lululemon monthly as for I am coach and wear it daily. I had a couple issues with a few products I had ordered so I took them back for piling (quality promise) and inseam issues. I'm not a Lululemon expert but I know that I should not have been treated the way I was. I understand that the quality promise is picky BUT the way I was talked to was ridiculous! What appeared to be a hispanic young lady with dark hair helped me and it was not the first time I have dealt with her...It felt like something you would see in a movie; I was in disbelief! I have NEVER EVER been talked to with that much attitude by ANY worker in any type of retail. Once I said "quality promise" she pretty much told me that it was all my fault and my "washing techniques". Mind you, she didn't even want to see what I had (my stuff was still in the bag); and yes everything was within the normal wear and tear time. She then would talk over me and offer to give me lessons on how to properly wash my items because she claimed I didn't know how to. She then continued to tell me that I also needed help picking a different fabric because I didn't know what I was doing. I have worn lululmeon on a daily for years. I know what material I need and like. I invest thousands of dollars a year. I know how to wash my clothing as for all my stuff still looks brand new! She had me cornered and was flat out rude. I didn't argue with her as for I was in such disbelief! She ruined my whole day.I had another worker help me check out and she was very kind and helped me get my problem fixed. I was very thankful to have her. She did am amazing job! (5 star for her)Not to mention it was birthday and it was my first stop.

Always have some kind of trouble getting shorts hemmed at this location. They say they'll email you when your item is ready for pick up, but they never do. I always end up calling weeks later to ask about the status and all they say is "they were ready last month". Very poorly ran store.
