Manic is so much more than an incredible gym. It’s a place that lifts you up, pushes you HARD, and reminds you that you’re stronger than you think. The community is real, the support is palpable, and the mindset is simple: do hard things, and grow through them. I’m so grateful to be part of Manic.

I’ve been going to Manic for 6 months and while the workouts are challenging I am enjoying the variety! Variety within the workouts and doing a different type of movement that I have in the past. I love the kettlebell’s. There’s a solid community of folks here too.

I joined Manic Training about two weeks ago and cannot say enough great things! Craig and Rebecca are both so helpful and the environment is very supportive. If you're apprehensive about joining, don't be!
