Buying or trading a car can be a terrible experience, but Dave Parent made it easy! He was very helpful, listened to me, and was a pleasure to work with! The dealership is very customer friendly, and the service department is well set up! I love the free car wash! I will continue to visit Markley Honda in the future!

Since my recent #1 rating I have been contacted my the new service manager at Markley Honda and we shared information about my most recent service event. I am unable to find my review in Google to just edit it so I am writing a new one. The new service manager, Corey, was polite and genuine and I am confident he will be rectifying this situation. As I stated in my last review, I have been going to Markley Honda for many years and what recently happened is surely a "one off" . The only reason this review is not a 5 star is nothing has transpired as yet. But I am confident it will.

I was really impressed with the customer service at Markley Honda. Dave Parent helped me buy my Pilot and he was fantastic. I don't typically love the dealership experience, but he made it very enjoyable! He was honest and straightforward. He took my mom and I on a test drive and took the time to show us all the details of the Pilot. He was so personable I felt like he was part of the family by the time the whole experience was complete.

Great car buying experience! Highly recommend! We will be purchasing a second vehicle within one month for two reasons: the quality of the vehicles and the positive experience with our Sales Manager, Phil. He made us feel comfortable throughout the process, he is knowledgeable about the vehicles, he is patient, he is not pushy, he wants you to feel comfortable with the vehicle your purchasing, he won’t sell you a vehicle that’s not right for you, and he is all around a great Sales Manager. If your interested in purchasing a Honda, I highly recommend working with Phil atMarkley Fort Collins. You won’t regret it.UPDATE: I was in a car accident less than two days after purchasing. The team at Markley genuinely cares about my wellbeing and is doing everything they can to get me into a new car as soon as possible, with great communication along the way. Driving up to Fort Collins fromDenver to work with Markley Motors was 100% worth it! From the moment I first contacted them until I drove my car off the lot, my dealer Jay Pollock was so helpful. He was always communicative, very knowledgeable, and had wonderful customer service overall. 10/10 I will recommend this dealership to friends :)

This shop didn’t try to take advantage of me, and that’s saying a lot for the bad rep most repair shops get when helping out girls with their car maintenance. I always felt comfortable and I liked the people that work there. I purchased 2 cars from them in the duration of my time in CO and they were lovely both times, along with the maintenance I did on both cars through them. I push people towards this dealership when they are looking for new wheels all the time

I made an appointment to have my tires replaced. Took over 3 hours. No one came to give me an update. When I asked I was told their “appointments were backed up”. I’m new to the area and picked this dealership. Ive had issues before. The service person didn’t reset the tire pressure when they balanced my tires last year. I’ve had it. I’ll never come back here again. They’re the worst. My previous dealer in NC would never and was never anything but fast, courteous and thorough. Markley is none of those. Don’t get your car serviced at Markley

Will at the service desk was helpful and professional. He got all of my concerns addressed quickly-even ones that didn’t seem likely on short notice-which saved me a second trip back for service! Another gentleman helped me unload my car seats. All of the guys that work in the service department are always so nice and helpful!

I'm new to the area and decided to get my car serviced at Markley. Only once in 4 service appointments has my service been done in a timely manner. It took them over 3 hours to replace my tires. When I asked, they never updated me, I was told "we're a little backed up on appointments ". Don't bother with their service department. I'll never come back here again.

I just brought my car in for a warranty issue with a Honda Civic that is still under a factory warranty. I was told that if the technician is unable to replicate the problem then I would be charge a diagnosis fee up to $180. I told the technician that it was unacceptable and he said all car dealerships and this is from Honda. I then called Honda of Greeley and they said if they car is under warranty feel free to bring it in and we do not charge a diagnosis fee for warranty work. While I have had both my cars serviced at Markley Honda for over 7 years I will not step into their auto group for what I consider a horrible business practice. I am very disappointed in what I felt used to be a great dealership has changed their policies.

Great dealership who cares for customers, and Honda garage is terrific. Recently stopped for low tire pressure with no appointment. They found a screw in the tire. Will in Service said they could get repair done THAT day by fitting us in the schedule.Now that is customer service! Nice waiting room with endless coffee,water, treats, etc. Thanks Will & garage for delivering great service!PS Dog friendly also! Our boys love the sugar cookies.

I’ve been a Markley customer since 2015. The service has always been fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. Our experience purchasing a vehicle through them in 2019 was also excellent. But the reason I am writing this review is because they were nothing short of amazing when we had some things go wrong on our Pilot after the warranty expired but well before they should’ve, considering the reliability of the Honda brand. Will and Eric went way above and beyond what was expected. All I can say is that the “Markley Difference” is a real thing. Thank you, guys!

The technician, David, who took charge of our vehicle was more than accommodating, very pleasant. They could not find any error message concerning the head lights which was the reason we took the car in to the dealership. There was no charge for running the diagnostics and washed the road debris off the car as a courtesy. Would highly recommend this Honda dealership.
