I had my 2024 Hybrid Toyota RAV4 fixed by Markley Collision in December 2024-January 2025. The front tire was blown out, and the back passenger get side end was completely jacked up from an accident in which a woman (without a driver’s license…ugh) rammed into my parked car in the parking lot at my work. I immediately called Pedersen Toyota to ask where to go because I had only bought the car two weeks prior, and they said they send all Toyotas to Marley Collision because they do a great job. Every step of the way, the Markley staff kept me updated. They were easy to reach, very friendly, great at explaining things, and fixed the car in 4 weeks. The car came back to me looking brand new. I’m so impressed with the work itself and with the staff. I highly recommend them!

After someone nailed the back quarter panel of my Ridgeline in a parking lot, there was no question where I would take it to get it fixed as they had done a superior job before. Barb was my repair contact and did an excellent job of keeping me up to date and she does the final inspection after the work is done. Also Ray the manager keeps a world class repair organization running smoothly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Did an absolutely stellar job repairing my 2007 RAV. Found all the parts, matched the paint and made the vehicle look new. Work proceeded quickly, even over the holidays. Delivered the RAV clean, inside and out. Have received several compliments. All staff were friendly and efficient; good communicators. I would not hesitate to use the Collision Center again.

Thank you "Ray" at Markley Motors Collision Center for providing the customer service that the original selling dealer didn't. I purchased a brand new 2023 Honda Passport in October from another dealer (45 min. south). The panel gaps around the hood were completely asymmetrical and the selling dealer refused to fix the problem. Markley dealt with Honda America directly to get the work done under warranty. They worked on my car for a few hours and it is perfect! Many thanks to Ray and the team at Markley Collision Center.

Markley repaired my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport (2 door) which had been rear-ended. The final results were excellent. they had to replace the rear tailgate, corner panels and fender. there was delay in getting the tailgate. They were sent 3 damaged tailgates and finally the 4th was acceptable. Justin kept in touch and always responded to my messages same day but half the time was available to speak at the time I called. the techs also added value by repairing a loose fender at no extra cost, that was not part of the insurance claim. I'm very happy with the end result.

Our new car was badly damaged, and we brought it to Markley to repair. It took longer than expected to repair (due to a supplier parts shortage) and we were appreciative of how communicative Barb was through the entire process. When we got it back it was as good as new!
