“The phlebotomist, Lance, was extremely gentle as well as just a nice guy who made it a pleasant experience. The website for ordering the test and scheduling is a little challenging to navigate but when I got there Lance made it all work. I highly recommend going to him. He is at the Safeway location on E Harmony in Fort Collins.”
“Dan and Justina at LabCorp in Fort Collins are next level.
There’s no LabCorp in Wyoming, so Fort Collins is the closest option for me. No online appointments were available, but they take walk-ins. I registered at the kiosk and it said the wait would be an hour and a half. I figured I’d be there awhile. They called me back in about 15 minutes.
Just the two of them running everything. They were handling scheduled appointments and walk-ins without missing a beat. They confirmed my info, painless draw, done.
Then I realized I had another lab order I’d completely forgotten about. Justina told me to email it over. No re-registering, no hassle. Five minute wait. Dan drew that one, also painless, and I was back out the door.
Friendly, efficient, professional, and the lab was clean and well organized. Easily the best experience I’ve had at an outside lab.
