My son and I went in to purchase a tux for his prom. The manager who was helping my son with his suit left my son at the dressing room to assist another customer. We were standing outside the dressing room for about 15 minutes waiting on her to get a different size and she never returned. I finally had to seek assistance from another employee to help us. It was very frustrating that she just left us to help someone else who just came into the store.

Once we received the delivery of the suit, we took advantage of the free pressing that was offered. We thought that was a great gesture since the packing of the suit for delivery caused the fabric to wrinkle. I took the suit in on Monday and they didn't have a way to tag the suit as they had run out of tags. They put a post-it note on the jacket. This caused me a little concern but they assured me it would be fine and that it would be ready by Friday. My son's PROM is Saturday, and the young kid said it'll be ready before then, don't worry. I called on Tuesday, and was disconnected after being on hold for about 14 minutes. I called again on Thursday, and was told, no it wasn't ready, but they would take care of it that night. I went in on Friday at 12:30 and despite 5 staff members and 1 customer I waited for 6 minutes with not a single hello or greeting. I had to ask for help, and while they were polite, they went to the back to grab the suit. I should have checked their work, because once I got home that evening and checked the suit over, the only thing that was wrinkle free was the shirt! The experience of getting fitted was great, the staff was knowledgeable, but after that, it was a much different experience.It may sound trivial, but this was quite stressful for us and my son.

We arrived about 7pm on a Wednesday evening on 4-3-24.... Now I will admit that they were pretty busy, but there were a couple major flaws about how the place was being run...We looked around for about 30min, even tried multiple things on, with out even 1 employee saying anything or even giving an "I see you, I'm busy" type of glance. I know they were with other customers but an acknowledgement would have been great.Next, we found what we wanted to purchase, and stood next to the cash registers....and waited, and waited...about 15 min before deciding to leave without the purchases.Again, I understand the people doing the fittings were busy....but...WHY WAS THERE NO DEDICATED CASHIER? You are a retail establishment...isn't the purpose to sell things? During slower periods this person could be used to go around the store and clean it up as this location was in a major state of disarray.Overall, a very dissapointing experience.

UPDATED REVIEW 3/27/24I am lowering my review from 5 stars to 3. I would probably leave 2 stars if it wasn't for a good history. I feel the establishment has gone downhill the last few years.I was in today (3.27.24) to get cologne and wasn't greeted nor acknowledged. I waited at the counter with my cologne for awhile before anyone came to help me. This has happened another time recently.In February I purchased an $800 suit and accessories yet they charged me a fee to hem up the slacks because they didn't have my size. I am a long time customer who has spent many thousands here and after a big purchase I feel like hemming pants should be complimentary. I had a business trip coming and still hadn't heard about my pants being finished the day before my trip so I had to call them and they were ready.Overall you can just tell when a company has lost their touch and way of operating exceptionally. I still have had some great experiences with individual salespeople but overall the service and attention to detail has gone down.I also don't like that as a brand they discontinued Black Linen cologne. It was the best around. I will say for anyone who liked it, Kenneth Cole Vintage Black is very nice.I won't make it a point to shop here often anymore, but if I do and things improve I will change my review.ORIGINAL REVIEW 6 Years Ago (2018ish)My absolute favorite place for quality and stylish men's clothes to look and feel ones best. Friendly and helpful staff and almost always a good sale. Search Google and get a $20 coupon off orders of $100 or more.

Had a great experience getting a fitting for a wedding. Staff member Victoria was knowledgeable and made sure to get every measurement I needed and try on clothes to get the best fit. Great service.

Came in looking for a suit jacket for my wedding and was greeted by a sales rep named Elliot. We told him what we were here looking for a suit jacket and was told OK let me see what I can find then began helping other people and left us standing there. We did it think it was a big deal as he could’ve just gotten a question as he was on his way back there. However, it took a while until he came and brought a jacket after that disappeared again so we begin to look at Sizes ourselves. After a while, we were done looking at jackets. We asked him if I could try on a shirt and for reference I am a 4XL. He asked if he could see the shirt and not quietly, but rudely responded back “I can tell you right now this is not going to fit you” So he took my measurements and went to go find a shirt that would fit then went to the dressing room to go try the shirt he grabbed on noticed it looked very small and it was and XL. After that I explained that was too small as look at the size difference. So he grabs another shirt and it’s a size even smaller. He was very rude and acted very frustrated that he was helping me as he would not even give me the right size I explained I’m here to try sizes to make sure I know what fits, but I will be back to get the jacket and shirt when it gets closer and I was told “ Nothing will fit you when you come back Just so you know” he would not let me try on anything that fit me or anything remotely close to my size and would only give me way small sizes. When trying to find my size, I got told no it won’t fit. I saw a lot of negative reviews on this location and how rude the workers are and thought I would give it a shot and the reviews were definitely correct. I do not recommend this place at all as they are rude and will do anything to make someone feel unwelcome and leave.

Didn't catch his name but the man that helped us was extremely knowledgeable. He was totally willing to help us stay in our budget as well as explain everything while being incredibly polite. Great experience all around. We were able to get exactly what we needed for our event.

I was looking for a new suit and naturally ended up here. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They heard what I wanted and where able to find the right match.Was a bit busy and had to wait a short while, but nothing out of what was reasonable. The ties here are good quality, but not even a little affordable so keep a tie in mind elsewhere.Sent the suit off for tailoring and they got it back fast and accurate. I'd buy another suit here.

A few things 1. this place is very dirty, it looks and feels as though the building has never been cleaned. 2. The employees don't care. The last several times I have been there, the employees are huddled in a corner playing games on their phones, talking with one another, and will not acknowledge a customer until you go up to them and beg for help. 3. They measure so quickly that the measurements are wrong 95% of the time. This has gotten progressively worse over the last year. It really just comes down to a lack of professionalism and employees that could not care less about their jobs.

Audriana was an awesome help in getting me measurements for an out of state wedding I’m in, even though I’m not using men’s warehouse for the rental. I Really appreciate the help and kindness! Definitely will be back for future needs and sending others!

I was visiting from out of state and needed a suit on short notice. I have tattoos and was dressed casually when I went to the store; I think it was for these reasons that I couldn't get a salesperson to even look at me. I would approach a salesperson and they would pretend to not even see me and hurry away and pretend to do work somewhere else in the small store. The only interaction I actually got was when I called out to a staff member asking about waiting times for tailoring, and he answered my question while actively walking away from me (it would take them 2 entire months to tailor a suit). Several other shoppers entered the store while I was there and they were all enthusiastically greeted at the door by the many staff members who were ignoring me. I'm a clean guy and I don't do drugs or anything, so I guess they just assumed that because of my casual clothes and tattoos that I wouldn't actually buy a suit, and they didn't want to waste their time on someone they couldn't get a commission on. Unfortunately I really did need a suit urgently, so I found one entirely by myself. The suit is nice, albeit overpriced. After spending nearly an hour in the store picking out a suit and figuring out the sizing all by myself I approached the register to pay; and wouldn't you know the employees who wouldn't even look me in the eyes before were now practically sprinting to the register to take my money. Overall the experience was very uncomfortable, I felt very unwelcome in the store, the prices were inflated, any in-house tailoring would have taken an eternity, and I honestly would not have purchased anything from them if I didn't need the suit so urgently. If you are a casually dressed person and/or heavily tattooed you should avoid this place. They will make you feel worthless. I visited the store on 10/13/23 and purchased 1 Calvin Klein suit jacket and 1 matching pair of pants for $483. I could have purchased the same suit online for less than $300 and been saved from the embarrassment I endured at this Men's Warehouse.
