Was in need of a new phone Mario was our rep and got my husband and I one for a decent price I live in Loveland and will not go to the location here they are liars and will do anything to get over on you. Do not do business there! I highly recommend
Asking for Mario he’s super friendly and knows what he’s doing the environment was amazing and he has the customers best interest at heart

Omg best service ever I was having such a hard time after having multiple calls to customer service and trying to get my service up and running at the Loveland store in 29th st without any success spent 2 hours yesterday almost 2 hours today and still the manager there couldn’t figure out a way to make my service run I ported out from another company but this store is amazing the one on mason st I go in and found the most helpful representative Mario is amazing they better keep that kid there he knows what he is doing plus he is courteous nice and so helpful and has the bestest energy if I could give him 10 gold stars I would good job

The young gentleman didn't help us much fór being a rep he did very little and tried to deferred us from calling customer service saying they won't be able to help the situation well long story short a very nice lady in customer service took care of the problem and didn't talk to us at all so sorry for this but so glad we did take the time to call in instead of stay at the store where he didn't help us at all wow

I was sold a gateway tower that should have never been sold to me so I paid 5 months with never getting what I paid for plus I paid for the tower now I was told my bill would be so much and I checked and it's more then what he told me

We enjoy having Metro for our phone carrier but after a bad experience from the Loveland store my family and I were about ready to find a new phone carrier. Till Mario from fort collins helped us out tremendously and walked out with what we were looking for and saved tons of money compared to what we were told at the Loveland store. If Mario and the lady working with him read this TRURLY THANK YOU for everything you did and helping us out.

Online and store sign say opened at 10 and they weren't so I went ahead and changed Saturday schedule to closed since they missed that little element. No thanks needed
