I give metro by T- mobile on south college zero stars Evelyn who was working Sunday was very rude was not customer oriented was did not have any knowledge of any of the phones plus was only trying to make a sale with phones I was not interested in I am going to cutt my service after I find a phone company who cares n listens to there customers my experience with metro has been awful I won't return again.?

Do Not go to this Store if you think they are going to help you if there is something wrong with your phone or exchange it for a new one. Even if the 1800 number tells you too. Basically you will have to pay. I even seen a woman in front of me get charged extra and not the retail price because she wanted an different phone. Also do not!!! But a ravel 4!!!!? Worst phone ever

I came to Metro to get assistance with my phone. When you go into the store 4 help they charge you $3.00. I believe Metro should geve that $ to the person who helped you! I do believe T MOBILE can afford it! Just sayin'....

Celia was able to get me back into my phone cos it was locked (sim/puk) i was locked outta my phone for a day and a half. Yesterday a nasty clerk in by the name of Samuel in loveland co called the cops on me rather than help me out....but Celia had me back on in minutes and i wish i could give her 6 stars. Thx again

I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. I came in to make the switch today and got exemplary service from Ada, and another woman who's name I regrettably forgot. They were patient when I was struggling to get my PIN from Sprint and super efficient when I got everything figured out on my end. I bought my own phone and the activation took less than 10 minutes! I can't say anything about the phone service itself yet, but I would absolutely recommend this location.

Unplug thier phone and ignore customer calls during business hours. Horrible service and unhelpful staff
