Framing dept is horrible. Manager doesn't know what she's talking about and is exceedingly rude, yet brags about her whopping 2 years of experience. She doesn't even know the difference between matte glass and frosted glass. I'll never waste time with this store again, for anything.

They told me it would only be a a or two to fit the art I gave them into frames. Over two weeks later, and after three calls (spread throughout that time) there has been no updates. I’m going in to ask for my art back since the framing department cannot take phone calls.
