They told me it would only be a a or two to fit the art I gave them into frames. Over two weeks later, and after three calls (spread throughout that time) there has been no updates. I’m going in to ask for my art back since the framing department cannot take phone calls.

Love the store. But can never find anyone to help on finding or getting an item that's been secured. Also the costumer service is bad. Went to drop off a UPS item and got major attitude, when I tried to explain that I've done this before, they were very rude. I was going to go in and shop after dropping off my item, but decided against it based on that experience. I work in costumer service.. and I know not to be an asshole.. seems like no one wants to be there.

Picked up our coveted painting the first time with white canvas showing all around. No apology, brought it back. They added an interior frame to cover it. Got it home only to discover the mount was done so it was not possible to hang since the hardware was placed on the concave edge. No apology. Told me when i called that I could just fix it myself. This was a $200 frame. They fixed it but they never said a word. These employees either hate their job or hate the customers or both. Never again.

Horrible selection of paints, no primer in stock! The check out is confusing! I might as well just do my shopping at Amazon.

Maybe whoever is running the custom frame section in the back at night should ask people looking behind the counter for 5 minutes if they need help instead of ignoring them when noone else is around... Taking my money somewhere more local...

You only have one 5 star review if you're that good you need to have more reviews then one review doesn't impress me I know I've never been a customer but one 5 star review whatdid you're sister give you one 5 star review don't use them unless you have a hundred reviews of or more than 5 star reviews

Zero Stars for this store!!Our daughter took a very nice print to the framing department in this Michaels store. They not only scratched and ruined the print, they didn't tell her until she went to pick it up. When she noticed it, she was in tears. They had already charged her for the framing and said they couldn't do anything . The Manager came over and said that she would submit a claim to corporate and that she would be contacted. That was well over a month ago and no one has contacted her. She has called the store multiple times. We spoke to Casey, another manager a few weeks ago and she said she would get back to us with an update. Still no update and when we called today, we were put on hold for over 30 mins without any answers to our questions. We do not recommend this store and would not use them for framing anything. We are very disappointed and have had no help whatsoever to help us with this situation. They ruined a very nice print and then charged our daughter over $250 to frame it. We would like to be reimbursed for the print as well as the framing. Terrible customer service!!!!!!! Will never use this store again and will keep working to get this situation rectified as they clearly did the damage and aren't working to help us at all. We were not given a claims dept number but we will find a way to reach corporate as this is absolutely ridiculous!!

I placed an order to be picked up from Michael's. I followed the instructions via the email sent to me and arrived at the store, parked in a designated parking place, and indicated on the site that I was there in parking place number 2. After waiting about 15-20 minutes, I had to go inside and find an employee to retrieve my items. I am a nurse and had been sick with RSV and was attempting to avoid much contact with others. The employee didn't apologize or offer any explanation for the lack of promised service.
