Very chaotic and a little disorganized. Impossible to find help so you are on your own for searching out items.
Register area is self checkout with 1 real manned register. Unfortunately the person to man this register also has to help the self check counters. Most people in line seemed to need help so employee was hopping.

The manager, Kayla, was so helpful in guiding me to what I needed! She was helping a customer before me who was incredibly rude and Kayla kept her calm and handled the situation with grace. Be more like Kayla!

I love walking through Michael's as there are so many sales this time of the year 🙌 Great grandchild is on the way and Michael's had the perfect yarn for the baby blanket ❤️
