Easy access. Change machines are readily available. The bays accept dollar bills. Water was hot for washing. Location was clean with the exception of one trash can that was overfilled other than that no complaints.

I called about renting a unit. He said they had one the size I wanted but needed to get a few of his things out of it 1st and he would call me in the morning. He never called, I called him and left a voice mail and he never called back. 😡 just say you don't have it available or call back and say you had more in there that you thought, dont just blow someone off.

I wouldn't even give it a one star. This place has gotten really bad. No security camera's at all. We were broken into twice within a year and all we were told was Sorry. We were never informed of the break in even thou it happened 6-8 weeks or longer prior to us going over there. They could not give us a defiant date as to when it happen. Their excuse was they didn't have our contact information. Which is really strange since we receive a bill from them every month and they receive out electronic payment each month. It is not that hard to sent a letter or email!!!

Went here and my car came out with scratches all over the paint. I asked the owner to split the difference with me to get them buffed out and he wouldn't take responsibility for his old ass equipment.
