My dip nails started to chip after just 1 week. These are supposed to last 3-6 weeks. They clearly didn't make them thick enough. Won't be coming back.

Cleanliness: Very clean salon
Stylist: They tool the time to listen to my issues with my toes and were accomodating.

Absolutely worst experience ever. The man was very aggressive.. he would move my fingers ways they don’t move, he would grip my hands and fingers very aggressively when I would tense up, he cut three of my fingers by filing due to how hard and aggressive he was being, he didn’t speak to me besides when he was huff and puff and tell me to relax after he has cut me, ect. He was also rude to people walking in and just very disrespectful. I will not be coming back to this place ever again due to the service I have received from that man that I even tipped after the total was 65 bucks… wish I didn’t but as a waitress I always tip even though he did no deserve a single penny. Don’t recommend going or at least ask for a women to do your nails instead of him!

The best set of nails I've ever had. My artist paid great attention to detail. Fast, efficient, pleasant and a very reasonable price. This is Ft. Collins' best kept secret but this secret needs to get out! Been to the other salons around, this was the best result BY FAR. 10/10 highly recommended.

Out of the 6 or 7 times I’ve been here, all but 1 have been absolutely fantastic experiences! My boyfriend and I come to get pedicures and all the women have treated us kindly and done a great job.

I was very disappointed in the service for a pedicure. The lady’s name was Lee I was told. She never spoke one word to me, She did a terrible job cutting the nails and cute my little toe bad. I was bleeding bad and my flip flop was covered in blood when I got home. She never said sorry or called anyone else to talk to me. I would expect at least some compensation but after calling the manager was given nothing! They should at least be able to say hello thank you and goodby. I gave her a tip also. Don’t go there!!!! The male employee was sorta rude off the start, he was aggressive moving my hands and moving my fingers in ways fingers don’t move, grabbing my thumbs with excessive force and squeezing them tight obviously showing he was angry or upset my hands weren’t moving ways they aren’t even supposed too. I didn’t get offered water once while being there, while other people that walked in after me did, i saw the nail artist that did my nails give someone a lotion arm/hand massage after getting their nails done but not to me… he was just very aggressive. All the women were sweet and polite tho.
