Entire experience with NOVUS was great! I found them via Google reviews, and they lived up to their high rating. They were able to get me in right away, handled the insurance claim for me, finished faster than I was told, and overall everyone was incredibly nice!

I was recommend to Novus from my car dealer. Since then I have had two windshields replaced and a chip repaired at Novus. They are incredibly friendly and helpful every time. I feel valued as a customer and would highly recommend!

I had taken my 2023 Tundra to another shop (SL) initially to get the windshield replaced and was told that they wouldn’t be able to calibrate the safety features since I had bigger tires than the stock tires the truck came with. This was after I had arrived to drop off the truck and had arranged a ride home, which was frustrating to say the least. I decided to shop around and reached out to Chris and his team at Novus and they were incredibly helpful. They said that they just had to do some math equations for the calibration and that the technicians liked the challenge. I scheduled an appointment within a few days of my call. I showed up 9 AM and had a new windshield and a fully calibrated safety system in under 90 minutes! So impressed with the Novus team and will be a customer for all of my vehicles for life!

Outstanding service! My wife and I work jobs that is hard to walk away from and JD and Ben were more than accommodating to get the job done and help me out. Service like this is what we all wish was more common. Really sets the bar. Thanks guys!

Outstanding customer service and quality work. We have a 2025 VW Atlas that needed a new windshield after getting hit with a large rock on I25. We only had the car for 1 month so it was important to be able to trust the place we were going to have the windshield replaced at. We drove down from Cheyenne to go to this Novus location because the reviews were so good and seemed genuine- we're so glad we did. This is a very well run business that values its customers. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be using them again in the future if the need arises.
