I rarely shop at Office Max, but I did go here today. I needed to scan bulk documents to a thumb drive. The self help printer was having issues. I did not catch the name of the lady who helped me, but she went above and beyond. She tried to troubleshoot the self help printer. Then ultimately scanned the document herself.
