Knowledgeable and shows you what's wrong instead of just telling you. Had my car up on the lift and explained what was needed and why he knew. Also showed me the old part so I could see with my own eyes that the part was shot. That's how you build trust.

Was able to get me in and out on 1 day’s notice to fix the motor in my window. A few months ago my other window motor went out and I paid >$100 more to get it fixed at a Firestone. Thanks Angelo!
