This day care exceeded all of my expectations, all the staff are amazing they take exceptional care of my son. I know when I drop my two-year-old off that he is going to be well taken care of and I have very little anxiety. They are in constant contact through their app, they send pictures throughout the day, they even work on potty training! They provide meals and the snacks which is a huge plus because it’s less to pack or worry about, they are very loving towards the children. I was very surprised to know that they even rocked my son for nap time because he has a hard time falling asleep on his own it is a very good daycare and I am extremely happy with them and will definitely refer them to others

Reasonably priced (as far as daycares go) and good staff. They serve food to the kids which is awesome and do lots of activities with them.

I am so glad we found this place! My son is a bit of a high needs kiddo and they have so patiently worked with us to make his transition as smooth as possible. He now looks forward to going to school and seeing his teachers! The photos throughout the day are an added bonus ?

Once Upon a Childcare has been a perfect fit for us over the past three months. We have encountered no problems whatsoever with their staff, facilities, or policies. Both our daughter and son appear to genuinely enjoy their time there.

We’ve been bringing our almost 5 month old son here for close to three months now and so far we really like it! Being a first time parent, I have had a lot of questions, and I’ve also struggled with wondering if I’m doing everything I could be for my baby. Whenever possible the infant room teachers take the time to listen to my questions and give me their advice. They are always kind and compassionate. Sometimes their app stalls for a while so I can’t always see how his day is going. However they do have great communication and always reply quickly. Their pricing is competitive and it’s clear to see how much they care, not only for the kiddos in their care but for parents as well. It means a lot, specially as a person with anxiety , that they have taken the time to help me feel at ease dropping off my child here.

Our child has been at OUAC for almost 8 months now. The staff here has been supportive and focused on helping our kid meet their daily needs and milestones. OUAC consistently reaches out to parents and guardians for input on large decisions such as security and tuition changes. We also appreciate how easily they've accommodated our cloth diapers!

Our daughter really enjoys attending OUACC, and her teachers there, especially the one she spends the most time with, Miss Crystal, really makes her feel cared about. We have very much appreciated the warm atmosphere and flexibility of OUACC!

Our 13-month old son has been in the Infant 2 class at OUAC Hampshire for 6 months now and are really happy with it and have loved his teachers. He is always excited to be dropped off in the morning and to see the other babies. I really love the community-focused way they have all the babies eat together and the hard work to make food fresh in-house. Each week there is a theme with specific paired activities each day for fun and for development - they read books, listen to music, do sensory activities, make art, go outside, and learn to sign. Everyone is super friendly and I have noticed new teachers are quick to learn our kiddo's name.

Our daughter has been attending OUAC for three months and is in the Young Toddler (12-24 months) room. We appreciate that she gets lots of outside time and fun playtime with other kids. My daughter loves the food- she eats almost everything everyday! The teachers have been also really caring and supportive of my daughter as she transitioned to OUAC from another center.

Communication is great. The app makes it easy to monitor your baby’s naps and feeds. Staff is super kind and love the kids.

We've been taking our 13-month old son to the Hampshire location since April. We moved him here after a few unsuccessful months at Kid City USA. We appreciated the immediate enrollment availability at OUAC and their transparent communication, which has been consistent during our time here.There is high turnover in staff, but it appears to be comparable to other centers. OUAC is very good about communicating staff changes when they occur.We love the effort teachers put into posting photos and videos throughout the week. The brief, honest updates we get during pickup about how our son did during the day are very helpful.Breakfast, lunch, and snack service is a huge plus! Keep up the good work.

Recently switched over to this daycare, I highly recommend them. They are very involved with my daughter and doing hands on activities, I like that they always sending updates about her, love receiving photos throughout the day while I’m at work.
