If I can give no stars I would they messed up saying that the piece I got was right it didn’t fit my rig so I go back to the store and explain what happened they don’t do refunds or exchanges even though the tag was there still and not used I wasted money and they did nothing to make up for there mistake I’m going to tell everyone I know never to go to this store EVER!!!!!! They just like to take peoples money

Have been a regular customer here and come about every two weeks, I recently bought a terp slurp from here and after taking 2 dabs the thing completly fell apart without being dropped or anything literally just holding it , I have bought 2 other turp slumps before this and they also broke the same way. So today after buying it yestarday I went in and asked if I could get a refund or atleast a new product after explaining what had happened, the guy didn't really even seem to care or be very helpful all he said was there's nothing I can do and just kinda waited till we walked away and left. I had been told in the past that if something Is defective or breaks from no fault of my own that they would make ot right, they did not make it right and im tired of wasting my money and dealing with poor customer service. I will no longer be spending money here .

Love this place! I've been a fan of the Loveland location for a while now. Decent prices, nice staff. Literally the only downside is that it's a PITA to park in if you're traveling south to north

I really like this place. There is a wide variety of goods. They have a huge kratom selection and you get what you pay for. They've never been out of stock when I go in and they've sold me products for great prices. The mini backpacks are very cute.

My sister, who is having medical issues, was sold a delta 8 vape pen when she asked for a vape that had no nicotine. She was looking for a replacement so she could quit nicotine. I don’t understand how the worker said “hm delta 8 sounds like a good choice” and then also did not tell my sister that there was delta 8 in it. That is so irresponsible. They then wouldn’t give her a refund when she came back literally 5 minutes later. If you’re buying from them, make sure you know EXACTLY what is in the product.

The American glass is way over priced 150 for a 3 inch taster is not worth it. And the glass that isn't expensive is made terrible. Worst smoke shop in town in my opinion. Want some quality? Hit up up in smoke or the joint for ur shopping needs???
