Had a dead battery in the parking lot behind the store and they were more than happy to walk over and give me a jump start and identify the loose cable that caused the issue

Tim (since there are two, he’s the guy with the long brown hair and ear piercing) was phenomenal! As a female, it is always sort of a toss up on whether or not an auto parts professional will try to swindle you or be honest.
I love learning new things and asked that he helped teach me about a number of topics as well as learning how to replace some easier items myself (to prevent being wildly overcharged for labor at other places when things take two seconds at most).
He was beyond gracious, patient, and educational! I felt completely comfortable with what he had to say, and didn’t have to do the typical mental rundown on whether or not I was about to overpay for something. Genuinely a sweet guy, professional, and you can tell he is great at what he does! Thank you, Tim!

Tim the manager at this O’Reilly Auto Parts, was excellent! He was very welcoming when I came in and helped show me where to put my coolant. Unfortunately, I was not taught where to put it and especially today since it is snowing it is important I am able to defrost my windshield. Thank you, Tim!

Thank you To the night crew at O'Reilly's for their exceptional customer service. My girlfriend and I stopped in to check our check engine light, and one of the clerks (unfortunately, I can't remember his name) went above and beyond to assist us. He didn't hesitate to loan us an OBD tester and was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the process. I'm so impressed with the level of service we received. Thank you again!"

I had a fantastic experience at O'Reilly's Auto Parts, all thanks to Zack! He provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly knowledgeable. Zack went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I needed. He was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all my auto parts needs, and I highly recommend asking for Zack if you want outstanding service. Five stars!
