I’ve used an Otter Box defender series since my 1st iPhone 6, now it’s 15 plus…. I requested another defender series and I’m sent a MagSafe and to make it worse, only the back plate came…. Where is the front cover which is the most important????

otter box is the best product i have ever owned to protect my phone because it lasted me for many years and to top it all ... the life time warranty program really works!! I just recived my new otter box and its even an upgraded design box ...thanks otter box I will purchase for my wife and kids also

Went to Ouuterbox.com and submitted my warranty for product replacement for my iPad. My replacement just came in today.
