Great Store with a Great Staff. Dry cleaning a quick drop off/pick up. I avoid the Post Office line by doing all my mailing here too.

I really want to like this place, but they make it so difficult. They're such sweet ladies, with the exception of one grey haired lady with a bob. She's the absolute worst. She's got piss poor attitude, and terrible customer service etiquette. I used their dry cleaning service for the first time, but that didn't do great either. I had a sequined blazer I needed cleaned that they said i could drop off, and they would call me if they were able to clean it. I never got a call, so i went to pick it back up. The woman said they did, in fact, clean it, so I paid and took it hime. Upon the original drop-off, i pointed out schmutz that had gotten on the sleeveI. Getting the blazer home, I realized the schmutz was still there. This was a complete waste of $15. Never again.

Great option for mailing packages. Staff are some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered in FOCO. This place has earned my repeat business and it should get yours too.
