The service here is so confusing Kristi answered my call when I called back from getting a call and was super rude and unhelpful. No costumer service skills at all! But the actual work they do is amazing the technicians are all kind and knowledgeable! They always exceed my expectations when it comes to time line and being through.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had 3 different “appointment” at the service department and every time they have kept my car for more then half the day. Also they charged me for an air filter and when I got my car back, there was a part laying on my front passages seat and when I inquired about it they told me it was to my air filter. When they sent a tech out to put it back together, I noticed that it wasn’t changed, even though I was charged for it. The reason for three appointments was because they continued to pass off a tire going low on pressure after telling them over and over that I have to keep adding air pressure to said tire! We live out of town and can’t believe they continue to operate this way! Greeley Toyota here we come! This place is a joke for a service department.

Servicing here is a nightmare! 2 hours and 45 minutes for a tire rotation is insane! Anytime I have my truck serviced here; oil change, tire rotation, etc. it takes forever!!! I went to Michigan and had an oil change at the local Toyota dealership, 45 minutes max and half the price as Peterson! I will go somewhere else from now on. Not only have I wasted almost 3 hours of my time but I was then late picking up my kid from school because of this! I even asked at 1:45, if you think it's going to be more than 15 minutes please let me know so I can make arrangements for my child to be picked up from school. No communication at all!

Attention Management – I wanted to take a moment to recognize Kellen at the Pederson Toyota parts counter for outstanding customer service. He immediately remembered me from a phone call earlier in the day, greeted me as soon as I walked in, and handled my transaction quickly and professionally. He also made sure my military discount was applied without me even having to ask.
I’ve owned several Toyotas over the years and visited dealerships across Texas and Colorado, and this was one of the most efficient and courteous experiences I’ve had. Kellen represents the Toyota brand exceptionally well — please pass along my appreciation.

Very easy process for buying a new car. Anda Paul was my salesperson and she was great to work with, first through the website and then in-person. Jeff Gipson was the finance manager I worked with, who was also very patient and helpful. Good experience all around!

Buy a car here for sure. Their team was really nice. If you’re buying a Toyota and it’s not from here, you’re really missing out.
However, but be a bit more weary of the maintenance people. They will try to (as most repair shops do) sell you a million things you don’t need. For example, they offered to change my cabin and engine air filters for $80, when they are not even 3 months old… fluid flush that had also been done less than 3 months prior. Take it with a small grain of salt. Despite this, they are all very nice and understanding and will explain the pros and cons of each process. If you have a Toyota, it’s certainly worth it to bring it here.

Worked out most everything before I even had to step foot in the dealer which made the entire process super painless and easy once I arrived. Andrew was fantastic in working with me to get a new Toyota GR86 from their dealership. These cars are more rare and he kept it reserved for me before it arrived and updated me along the way on shipping as the car made its way to the dealership. It was easy to set a date for pickup and get most of the paperwork and financing handled before I came in. After a test drive and signing the final papers we were on our way quickly, even on what seemed to be a very busy day. Communication was great throughout the entire process and Andrew and the team make the buying process easy and did not try to pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want. Would definitely recommend this dealership for any car purchase!

We have been on the lookout for a Prius Prime plug-in hybrid for some time. A used one was listed on the Pedersen website a couple weeks ago that checked all the boxes for us. I filled out the availability inquiry late that evening and was excited to hear from Mia the next morning that indeed the car was on the lot and available! The color was not what we anticipated as we were searching, but once we saw it, it grew on us! Before noon, we were able to do a test drive after the certification inspection was completed. This was our 3rd Prius purchased from Pedersen since 2003. It could not have gone smoother. We had fun visiting with Mia about our lifestyle and why the Prius has been such a good fit for us and our dogs over the years. She was great to work with and conveyed relevant information to Chance in Finance, who was also on top of things and gave us adequate time to finalize decisions about this great vehicle. From the early morning call, and throughout the day Mia kept us informed of the status of the car and our financing until it was ready for us to drive home. It has been the perfect fit for us for 3 weeks now...and hopefully for many years to come! Thank you Mia and Chance!!! Thanks also to Chris, the current Service Manager, who has put such a positive mark on the service department since his arrival. Thanks Chris!!!

Megan is AMAZING!!!! I’m a college student and a former facebook market fan, but she’s changed my mind! i’ve been on the hunt looking for the perfect forerunner for the past year. And I bought all of my cars in the past off of Facebook marketplace. I was scared of dealerships. Megan was so sweet and supportive and she really took the time to help me find the perfect car and look at financing options. I was afraid of dealerships because I was young, and felt like finding a car wasn’t possible. Meghan walked me through every step and answer every question I could possible have. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is also very patient and enthusiastic!!! I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking to buy a new car!

The sales department guys are good. However, it is the service department. They literally screwed my car. They SUCKS. Even though the person at the service counter is good. I barely drive my ca, literally <10 miles a week mostly for groceries.
I have Toyota Corolla when I gave to service and drove back to my home it started moving side ways particularly at speed of over 40 and even at smallest of road bumps. This was not the case when I had gave them for service. Further, steering completely mis-aligned resulting me often over correcting.
When I took car back to them , they tested and acknowledged the problem also gave me bill to for consideration of extra charges of ~$3000 for various parts. Hence, If I want my car to be like prior to service, I have to spend this much amount of money or live with dangerous car.
