I called Because Its my 1st year doing business and I told him that and that helped a friend do 1 job and He Literally said, Sorry, I'm not going to help you and STRAIGHT HUNG UP ON ME! I dont want to do business with you anyway if thats how you treat people!! This is all NEW to me(taxes). That is NOT HOW you treat people like that. I hope people read this and do not use this guy!!

As a non-American, I had to find a place to do my taxes as the government does it all for us in my home country. Pope have been great with helping me out and filing for me. I highly reccommend Pope to international people who are confused about what to do and what they need etc.

I have never given Pope a dime. Despite that they took the time out of their day to give me very useful information about my taxes. I even called back because I forgot to ask some questions. They were still polite and helpful despite the fact that there is and was no guarantee I will be a customer. If that is not a sign of good business I dont know what is.

I went here for 4 or 5 years and was happy with it but last year they made an extremely big change to filing my paper work that cost me thousands on my return and didnt even have my ok on it. Never returning again.

I called a left a message last week they haven't responded back. But every time I try to call I get a busy signal or it goes to the voicemail. Plus after reviewing other reviews I am stating my experience hoping others go elsewhere.

We have been coming to Pope Tax for 6 years +. We see Karen but the whole team is nice and caring. Karen is thorough, kind, funny, and a joy to do business with. We always feel comfortable going to Pope, knowing we will get back everything we are owed, and also everything we owe so there are no surprises later.

Been going here for years and they are amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and on top of there stuff. Multiple family members also goes here. They helped us get stuff taken care of when we owed. I won't go anywhere else.

I'm confused by these 1 star reviews. I have been going to Pope's since 2011, and literally never had anything but polite, professional, caring (as they call you to make sure you didn't miss some deduction they saw last year), and PROMPT service. I think these other reviewers must have screwed themselves over and needed someone to blame.
