Both locations have helpful staff. Prices are the same as the big box stores, worth the extra stop.

This store allows aggressive store dogs to work here. Little papillon thing with cherry eyes followed me and my dogs, snipping at them as we're walking away before I had to push him away multiple times. I don't feel comfortable bringing my dogs here anymore.

Super nice folks work here. Always have my dogfood of choice (which we go through quickly with our house full o' hounds). a bit pricey, but they reward their regulars with every 10th bag free. Good food is expensive food, but my guys are worth it.

Came for the dog wash and a new harness. Super excited by the selection AND the store sourced a product line from New Hampshire, at a great price and guaranteed. Bought the harness and a matching leash. Plenty of help at the store and everyone is so kind and friendly. The wash room was large and I didn't feel rushed. Will definately be back! Thank you.

Didn’t appreciate the customer service. I just moved here and the dog food prices here are different compared back home. I didn’t bring enough money, immediately got judged at. Had a panic attack. That was fun.

Great selection of natural dog treats. But horrible service at this location. Staff too busy talking about personal problems very loudly. I had to get to work and one register did not work. Other register issues. And staff too busy interrupting with chit-chat

The staff at Poudre Pet was friendly and helpful today. I went in to ask about raw food for my daughter's cats who will be staying with me next summer. They showed me all the options and types of food, and also said they could special order if their distributor carries the brand. The staff is very knowledgeable about pet food. I also got to pet a dog, so that was a bonus! Highly recommend this store.

If they don't have it, they will find out who does. They know that I buy a specific size of a specific food in a usual amount of time, and after I mentioned it to the desk once, there has always been one bag of it when I go to buy one.
