I have banked with Norlarco/PublicService/ Canvas for 44 years and have always been treated well. Many times I have received good advice when I asked for it, There were a few inconvieniences during the remodel of the Lemay branch, but the automatic tellers and online banking filled in the gaps at the time.

My account got hacked and these people didn't even fight for me they took close to 3000 dollars and the bank said I would have to pay it back then they made hard for me to even cash a check now because they did something with check systems moral of this story if they don't fight for their people they don't care about them I wish I had never banked there

I really tried to give canvas credit Union a chance. But now at two different branches, they have put my money in someone else's account. The first time this happened they said that the person had a similar name to mine. I figured it out after a day, went back into the branch, they made it right by putting the money back into my account. But didn't offer anything in the way of compensation for my time or anxiety. The second time it happened, I got the same exact excused from the call center. That my name looks like someone else's. I said I'm pretty sure there's a whole bunch of John Smith's in the world. You guys need to do a better job. You're constantly having trouble with their mobile app, I can't see my account balances.I'll be looking for a different banking establishment tomorrow.

We had a certificate of deposit that had one year remaining to maturity. It was earning 2.5% interest. We went into the Lemay branch to inquire about an early withdrawal penalty. We were informed by the employee there would be a 90 day penalty. My wife and I decided to take the 90 day penalty. Turns out the penalty was a full years interest. We relied on employee's info and made decion on that information. It wasn't until the next day that we oticed the large penalty when we were using the check for settling up on a purchase. I went into the office and spoke to the manager but no accountability for the employee's error.

I typically use canvas as they are a shared branch with my bank Bellco, but never again after what happened today.. I was trying to deposit over $100 in tips from my job into the ATM last Friday evening 9/9/2022 but the machine had some sort of error and couldn't return any of my cash and essentially just ate my money. It printed me out a slip with my deposit amount and told me to head into the branch to fix the error and get the money they stole from me. I wasn't able to make it into the bank Saturday before they closed so I went in Monday the 12th where the staff claimed because I didn't bank directly with them that I would have to fix the error with my actual bank. This wouldn't have been much of a problem if it weren't for the fact that the closest Bellco is an hour away in Longmont. I drove all the way down to Longmont to be told by all the staff at Bellco that because it was Canvas' ATM that they should have been the ones responsible to handle the dispute. Thankfully they were kind enough to call and submit the dispute for me but it doesn't change the fact that I wasted 2 hours on driving, spent gas money I don't have since their ATM stole from me, and I still may have to wait up to 2 weeks to see the money I tried to deposit. In my opinion the staff was just too lazy or uninformed to fix the problem and I was forced to make a day out of fixing something that Canvas should've fixed considering it was their ATM that started all of this. Im going to make sure and tell everyone I know to avoid this branch because when they screw up they just pass the buck and pretend like it isn't their problem. Extremely dissatisfied, so glad they're opening a Bellco in Fort Collins soon because I'm never doing any banking here again.

Seems to deposit money … it takes 20 minutes . They don’t greet you or anything… it is always a very awkward encounter

The ability to withdraw money you keep in this credit union depends on their connection to the internet and not traditional banking infrastructure.Be VERY careful keeping any money here you might need suddenly.

Holly made it very easy and quick to set up a business account. She was kind and assisted me with everything I needed. I recommend going to her for your banking needs. All the employees were genuine and even held the door for their clients. 100% recommend this location and their staff!

Worst bank I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Awful customer service, little knowledge about anything that’s going on with banking, not cooperative at all, and they don’t care about the customers time.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I just came in to open a business account. They ran my credit without informing me they were doing it or my consent. Illegal and will be filing a BBB complaint.

I will never forget the kindness Manager Meredith demonstrated this evening. I have PTSD and have exited an abusive relationship. I have one card, no backup and I am struggling to learn how to be independent. The ATM locked up when I was depositing my Christmas bonuses and would not return my card. I was devastated. Bank was CLOSED. NO 24 Hour service. I am almost out of gas and have no food at home, I also needed to purchase healthcare items. I had a FULL BLOWN panic attack from this. Meredith saw me melting down and offered to help. It prevented me crying all night. I got paper towels for work, toilet paper and food. I did not have to contact my ex and am safe. I will be back to bank tomorrow to figure out how to get new debit card and verify funds deposited properly. I will return with money Meredith said she was giving me (I cannot accept that, you are too kind!) AND a Thank You. To those in service industry providing great care to clients & customers like Meredith: thank you, we are usually crting about MUCH bigger issues and when you show kindness, it might be keeping the other person ALIVE.
