It's not a bad place. I just wished it had more cameras and mirrors so you could see if a car was coming. It's honestly an accident waiting to happen.

Be very careful, this company is notorious for constant rate changes. Avoid renting here at all cost.
Find a true local company that will respect you, and ethically do business the right way.

Business has been great. I have 2 units, upon making my reservation I got a call soon after each time. The first one was late evening around 6/7pm and I was very pleased and thankful that someone reached out to me within minutes and I was able to get into my new unit that night, hassle free & completed everything online.
This 2nd time I made my reservation as I was headed to the storage facility, by time I made it there I had been contacted and informed someone would be there shortly to assist me (the employee that is at this location was out for the day- I’m assuming), not only was I contacted but the employee BIG ROD had pulled in behind me seconds later! I later found out he traveled from Berthoud to the FtCollins location to assist me. He was a pleasure to work with, he went out his way to make sure this was an easy and quick process. He also taught me something that I had no idea the app offered!
Overall it has been a great experience these guys are here to help this be the smoothest, fastest and hassle free of paperwork process . I thank everyone who is apart of this company !

I read so many horror stories about storage facilities in Fort Collins, but Public Storage is great! The reservation process is automated and very easy. The facility is clean and secure, and the on-site team member was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Public Storage in Fort Collins, especially if you need something last minute like I did!

Big Rob , Zach , Morgan ,Patty are very friendly and do their best to answer questions and help in any way they can.The facility is always clean even on cold winter days I see them out salting the front gate area to make it easier for customers to get in and up the small hill. They are walking the lot checking on people or just keeping an eye on things. And always speak unless with other customers even then they at least acknowledge I'm here.it makes me feel more than just a customer.

RATS. I moved in, and a week later, I found a package of open (eaten) rat poison in my unit. I have rented a dozen or more units from various companies in my life, and I have never had a management company put rat poison in my unit. If I wanted to deal with a rat infestation, I would just leave my things outside for free. I had to call twice to speak to anyone about this, and the matter was treated very nonchalantly (Oh, you didn't want rat poison in your unit? We won't put it in there next time...). I have to go clean out my unit, and now I don't know if I will find dead rats in my things (?)

I have never in my life dealt with a more obnoxious company. Upon moving out, I was told that I could not get a prorated rate for that month because I got a prorate on my second month. I believed what I was told but when I checked later I saw that I've always paid the exact same amount. I got in touch with customer service and they were WILDLY unhelpful. They kept repeating that I couldn't get a reimbursement for the month of move out and completely ignored everything I said about being told my second month was prorated. When someone finally addressed what I was saying (three representatives later) they told me that they don't prorate: period. I asked why I was lied to by the office manager and I got no answer and no help. I also overpaid for one month and when I asked about at least getting that back (literally $3) I was told that they can no longer do reimbursements because my account was closed. This was the day I closed the account, not even 3 hours later. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and just go somewhere else. When a $58 billion company fights you over $63, the corporate greed is nauseatingly obvious.
