I didn’t catch her name but the lovely lady who helped me this weekend deserves a mention. She went out of her way to help and accomodate me just walking in. Super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I tried to do walk in two different times, on Saturday, I’ve been told I can make walk in on weekdays. I went back there on Monday and same gentleman told me I need appointment regardless.It’s not a problem if they make it clear that they won’t accept walk ins but that’s not what it says on their website, customer line or in the office itself.They have a really bad attitude towards customers and I would not go there to have a test.WASTE OF TIME

There was no staff available to help and the automated phone scheduler is useless. For a time-limited mandated drug screening explicitly scheduled at this location,it was a nightmare to get it done.

I, like others, wanted to post a review to combat the negative reviews. I had a great experience here yesterday and have nothing bad to say. I had an appointment and received a text with a link that I clicked when I got there to quickly and painlessly check in. While getting my blood drawn, the tech was very kind and welcoming and helped keep me talking and wiggling my toes so I wouldn't pass out. Afterwards, he made absolutely sure that I was okay before I even stood up. He did not rush me out the door at all, and I'm thankful for that because it wouldn't have ended well. Lol It was a pleasant experience, despite me hating needles.I know most of the bad reviews are about walk-ins. They have very clear signs throughout the waiting room that say, "Walk-ins may not always be accommodated." Something to keep in mind when walking in is that they might not look busy but perhaps their next patient is scheduled to arrive soon. If they don't have time to provide a service to you in that time, they might turn you away. My suggestion is to go online and try to make an appointment, even if it's same day.

I had a great experience at this location. Went on a Wednesday afternoon with an appointment. Sign-in was quick and easy with the kiosk they have. I was seen right at my appointment time and the blood draw was quick and painless. Staff were friendly. Was in and out in under ten minutes. I would come here again, don't be put off by the bad reviews!

I wanted to post this review because of all the bad reviews, I almost didn’t come here because of them! I came on a Saturday morning as a walk in and was taken in immediately. Mariah was so kind, the draw was quick, easy and painless! She did a great job! Moral of the story.. don’t always believe all the bad things people say, sometimes it’s their own issue, not the place itself.

DO NOT GO TO QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. You cannot even talk to a human on the phone and they make it impossible to find any information regarding ANYTHING. This is a medical facility and I cannot even speak to a human on the phone? What a joke. Dude that did my drug test smelt like he pooped his pants too.

This place seems to want to punish you for walk ins very strange attitude from Lance towards people who don’t have an appointment even though when you call in the phone system says they do take walk ins but recommend you get an appointment. Very disappointed after driving 45 minutes to this location. Frustrating and inconsistent instructions.On top of this I also called their customer service line to explain the situation. They told me they cannot document the issue even though I was trying to file a formal complaint. This is a Kangaroo Company unfortunately it’s unorganized, inconsistent and does not care about their patients.The customer service line explained to me walk ins are only available when there is a no show appointment. However I was not giving the opportunity to wait for the no show appointments but immediately told to leave and come back with an appointment.

This place is horrible. Enter at your own risk. Multiple bad experiences. Loni today was rude. It’s evident by the worker’s attitudes no one wants to work for Quest. How is Quest still around offering blood draws? It’s healthcare, and it shouldn’t be like this in the USA!Their website and phone say they accept walk-ins. But after driving *40 minutes* to this location, we show up, and the door has a handwritten sign that says “appointment only”. I walk in and no one greets me or says hello. Just so rude. I describe the situation and how I just need a quick blood draw and showed her my orders. There was no one else in the waiting room (by the way), and she told me she only had two appointments left for the day (30 min until close). But yet she repeatedly refused service. That to me, is not offering “walk in” service. What a joke! It tells me this Quest site has gone a bit rogue and makes their own random rules.I noticed the Quest owner used to respond to reviews posted, but the owner hasn’t for over a year. That should have told me everything- they don’t care at all, at any level, at Quest!!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Don't bother calling them it makes you wait to to hear an option for speaking with someone then when you make the selection it just hangs up

Ran in for a urinalysis. There was no one there. The lady said I had to make an appointment I said can you help she said no. Here’s a card and the website. I said you can’t just take me I have the order in and she said no. I could have an infection and needed results today. She proudly said I have appointments until 11:45 and we close at noon. Next time is next week No help or care what so ever. Try hiring people who care and can make decisions

Super friendly staff! I had to get a blood draw and afterwards I got very light headed (definitely make sure to drink lots of water and eat a solid amount before blood work) and my nurse whose name I didn't catch, was super understanding and helped me through it. I would definitely recommend going to this location.
