Had them resole a pair of my workboots. It took 5 weeks. The sole on both boots came off within two days of working. Had to buy a new pair from same store while waiting on them to resole my boots again. The new boots blew out with in 8 weeks. They would not warranty the boots. I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS THERE AGAIN!

I live in Milton, Fl just East of Pensacola, Fl. I just wanted to give a shout out to Connor at the Fort Collins Colorado Red Wing Boot Store. I was looking for style 95 310 triple E he did not have any in his store. He took the time to look up and see if any of the other Red Wing stores had that size in stock. He found 10 different locations with that boot size and style. I got the phone numbers from him I started calling the red Ring stores. I found one in Cincinnati, Ohio, and I spoke to a gentleman named Alex. . He had a pair in stock and he also got a pair from another store ordered for me so I wound up getting two pairs of 953 size 10 triple E from Alex in Cincinnati, Ohio. And all of this is thanks to Connor’s time and effort that he put in to locate me stores that had the shoe in stock. My husband has been wearing these shoes for 40 years and he refuses to wear any other work boot. Thank you, Connor for going above and beyond your job title you deserve a raise. I have enclosed a photograph of his most recent pair of boots that are getting really worn out.

The staff were good but i feel the price of the boot is high for what i got. Comparing to other brands its more than double the price and slightly less comfortable

This location is great. This location specifically is locally owned and that dedication shows. I was helped out by Jake and he did a great job of fitting the boots based on my specific needs. They have a system to 3d scan your feet as well as figure out the specific pressure points of your walking style, so that you can have insoles that are perfect for your needs. The quality of the boots are amazing as well, but the service is truly above and beyond. It's definitely very expensive, but if you're going to be using something for 8+ hours a day every day then they should be high quality. Definitely recommend if you're looking to purchase a pair of work boots.

Thank you very much Cory Caldwell for helping me when purchasing my first pair of Red Wing shoes. He went above and beyond when it came to ensuring my shoes would fit properly and comfortably, especially since Red Wings shoes are not cheap. So far I have had my Red Wings shoes for about a week (wearing them almost every day) and they feel very comfortable. Thank you again Cory for all your help!
