We recently purchased a home with the support of Lori Weeks at Remax Advanced. Lori provided outstanding support throughout the process - from when we were just considering a move to Fort Collins, to looking at homes to understanding the market, to narrowing down the locations and possibilities to finally finding the house we both wanted. She was there for us before, during and after the purchase. What makes her really stand out is the fact that throughout most of this process with were in another state but Lori went above and beyond to track information down for us to help us make decisions, not only about the house but about financing, insurance and all the related activities that go into purchasing a new home. And to top it off, she was always accessible and a joy to work with.

Jenny Bell was very helpful in setting the expectations, laying out a timeline, and setting priorities. She was a big help in finding contractors and professionals for various needs along the way as well. She was very quick to respond to questions and I felt she was fighting for my best interests the whole time. I would highly recommend her services.

We simply can not thank Jenny enough for all she has done for us. The short review is, when you sell your home with Jenny beside you, you know you have a partner and advocate to walk through the process with. She is our realtor for LIFE.
This is the second house we sold with Jenny, both had great offers within 48 hours - UNBELIEVABLE!!! Every step of the way Jenny communicated info, options and context - something we needed in order to make the decisions best for us. Jenny provided an exceptional marketing strategy and market analysis that let us know she was informed and had done the research to best represent us. She staged the home beautifully and when offers rolled in, she talked through the options and details of each. We were informed every step of the way. When it came time for the appraisal, she was once again prepared to ensure there were no questions about the value of the home. The process from beginning to end was amazing.

Jenny Bell was great to work with in so many ways. She is extremely knowledgeable about Fort Collins as she is from here, she was very communicative and informative for us as first time home buyers answering all our questions and keeping us on task once we were under contract, and she did a wonderful job of communicating with the seller for us. Overall 10/10 experience.
I would highly recommend working with Jenny, and would gladly use her again in the future.

Having just completed a transaction with Remax and Agent James Hicks, i would be wary of this company as a buyer and would not choose them as a seller's agent. First, there was the lack of timely responses and general professionalism, but that didn't actually end up being the worst of it.
Throughout our process James repeatedly misled us about features of the home. with one or two minor instances it could be chalked up to an honest mistake, but by the end it felt like flat out deceit. We were lied to about the age of the roof (2 years vs. 9 years... the owners hadn't even owned the home that long, i doubt they forgot if they put a new roof on or lied to the agent). We also were lied to about the fact that the kitchen island was going to be removed by the sellers (I'm guessing that they had told the agent James they were planning on taking it all along, and he told us otherwise because... i can't actually think of a good reason). We showed up the day before close and the whole thing was just gone- seller and agent did nothing. During the open house James specifically called out how nice the island was. If it weren't for the fact that our lease was expiring and needing a place to live during this pandemic, we would have backed out of this deal. Because of the shadiness of James Hicks, the sellers were VERY lucky to not have to go back on the market during lockdown, not a chance I would take when hiring my next agent.

Erika Tran is an excellent realtor. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was readily available for showings that worked with my schedule and was quick to present my offer. She’s a great communicator and very knowledgeable about my areas of interest. Her support throughout the buying process was incredible. In this tough market she was able to help me find my dream home.

She pulls out all the stops, and personally oversees every step of the process from professional photography, staging, professional media Flyers, and the MLS listing at itself.
I will always use Lori weeks and Remax advance for all of my real estate needs.

We were told that the listing agent, Eric Kronwall, would take bids until 5:00 p.m., Monday, February 26, 2018, for a property - 366 Knotty Place, Loveland, 80538. As stated in his "rules", we were waiting to submit our offer (which was well above the asking price) until 4 p.m. Our agent has informed us that Mr. Kronwall presented an offer to the seller (and accepted) over the weekend contrary to his "rules." Enjoy your profits.

I purchased an investment property, and Roland Kuehn was extremely helpful and patient with me during the process. When I initially started considering getting a rental property, I contacted Roland with my thoughts on what I was looking for, including property types, budget and location. Roland put together a search for me to locate all the possible properties that fit my profile. He also sent me several articles regarding the rental market in Fort Collins, as well as information on the real estate market in general, so I was familiar with what to look for and trends in the area.
