The pharmacists at this Walgreens are the best. They get to know you. They relate to you. They are kind. They go out of their way to help. They come in on their days off to help. They deserve 5 gold stars everyday. Thanks to all of them for helping my family through a tough 2019.

The Walgrens at Prospect has the worst customer service. Every time I go there they say they didn’t receive the prescription. It was a much better store when it was a Rite Aide. Might be why I usually us the store off of Lemay, very kind and pleasant employees there!

Very friendly service in the pharmacy. Dropped off my prescription I needed that day and it was ready a few hours later.

I went in for a flu shot and I was really happy with the experience. Only took about 20 minutes and all the staff were friendly and seemed efficient. I did go in the middle of the day on Monday, which probably helped.

This former Rite-Aid turned Walgreens is somehow neither of these stores now. Like everything that made Rite-Aid good is gone and everything that makes Walgreens good was never added. Has a weird vibe like being permanently on the edge of going out of business. I've been in three times since the change and have come to the conclusion that apparently it WOULD kill someone to stock the battery section. Sigh.

Basically matches the experience with the other reviews here. I loved coming to the Rite Aid, and I've never had any issues. I actually switched to Rite Aid because I was having issues with medication at another pharmacy. This really is disappointing. Walgreens has less product selection, and the staff somehow won't answer questions or listen like before. When trying to renew a prescription that expired, the staff member I spoke to gave me a refill when we agreed I didn't need one yet. Just needed to renew... I honestly hope it's just transition changes, and the store will get better.

No one here has any intention of actually helping customers. They billed a prescription without asking me if I had insurance, then they claimed my insurance card (current and valid) was terminated. I later brought the prescription to another pharmacy and had no issues whatsoever. The older gentleman who works most days is extremely rude and completely unwilling to assist you. Go here if you don’t mind being treated like cattle, I will never return.

I stood in line with a painful leg injury for 20 minutes. The prescription wasn't ready, so I was told to wait until they called my name. After another 10 minutes, I heard my name called and went to the window. "No, it's not ready yet; just a few more minutes," I was cheerily told. After another 15 minutes I waited in line again to tell them that I couldn't wait any longer. "It's right here," they said. I never heard them call me.

I was told by this pharmacy that I could get a Rx from any Walgreens while on vacation. I went in to one in NJ and they wouldn't accept my out-of-state Medicaid. When I called this Walgreens back home to arrange for pick-up when I got back, they could no longer see my Rx in the system because the NJ store did something to remove it from my profile. They told me they would recommend I go back to the NJ store and ask them to fix it. I think it's unfair that any Walgreens would not tell a customer that their Medicaid is not transferable to other states up front, and then ask the customer to be the liaison between the stores to fix their mistakes. Why couldn't they pick up the phone? I think it's poor service on the heels of several other Walgreens pharmacy issues I've had. I'm moving my business elsewhere.

I think this rite aid is great when it comes to being a rite aid, and I haven't had a problem here!

Down the corner from where I live. Store, employees and manager are very nice.
