Got my car fixed by grandpops and less than a year later the same issues came up…it’s not even cheaper than most company shops that actually guarantee their work. I don’t recommend anyone coming here. It’s at a sketchy area and they charge the same as if you would go to a big name shop. Ridiculous

Be careful, we transported a 2022 Ford F-450 for Derek Proud from Norfolk VA to Rocky Mountain Automotive on March 31st. To this day Derek still has not paid the $2,250 in transport fee's. We are going on 90 days with no payment. At first Derek kept stating he would pay us, now 90 days later he does not answer our calls. We are a small family owned business as well, we had to pay $2,250 up front to move this vehicle. That is a big hit for us to have to eat.

Rocky Mountain has the BEST prices and service in town. They have not once tried to upcharge or upsell me. They are honest, reliable, and so friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough if you need work done on your car! They only recommend the necessary fixes and are always happy to give timelines and estimates of when other work may need to be done. Easily 5 stars, 10/10 service!

Great service from entire staff. I was able to let them know about any past problems with my Jeep and they took everything into consideration and communicated very well what my car needed. Car feels great now, highly recommend getting service at Rocky Mountain Automotive

Don’t trust these guys at all. Partner got an inspection prior to purchase of a used car, reviewed the inspection with the seller before the buyer (though we were the costumer, NOT OK). Said a couple things were wrong and got them fixed after buying the car. One week later having issues with the car, go back for another inspection and they’re saying oil leak, coolant leak, issue with emissions, needs new radiator, trying to talk us into $2,000 more worth of repairs on things. These guys are crooked and try to scare you into getting more done. And don’t understand why they wouldn’t have caught more of these issues a week prior.

I own a couple of classic cars and business trucks that Joe maintains regularly. He takes care of ALL of my requests, small and large for my Entire Family and I. He has performed so many repairs for us over the years, that I can’t even begin to count. Every repair completed by this team has exceeded my expectations. Only Shop for me. Hi! I’ve never written a review before, but these guys were so amazing I felt like I had to! I called a half dozen shops before I settled on this one, and they did a fantastic job. The owner, Joe, worked on my car personally. They were insanely communicative and upfront; the front desk fella, Sean (?), did a phenomenal job keeping me up to date. They were happy to build a quote with me over the phone, talk out all of the issues, and were so patient with all my questions. My little car came in with more challenges than I knew about, but they took her on all the same and fixed her right up! Joe was very happy to explain all the issues he had found, and how he solved them all. The pricing is incredibly reasonable. It’s difficult to find a good shop, so you should check them out!
