Can find great items at good prices. Unfortunately the main dressing room was closed for my visit and I had to wait a long bit of time at the two dressing rooms in front of the store. The wait at checkout wasn't bad.

Terrible customer servise, I shop here multiple times a month spending hundreds of dollars, and to be told I have to take less money on a return that's still tagged that I bought withing the month is a unfortunate policy Ross would rather lose 2 customers and hundreds of dollars a month over a $12.99 exchange when we were going to be spending more money in the store thanks for that guess 4 dollars is worth losing hundreds. Great job 👏 👍

After spending a decent amount of money in this store, I went out into the parking lot and accidently locked my keys and phone in my vehicle. I went back into the store and they refused to help me. The manager said it's company policy to not allow the public to use the store phones. I understand the policy except in emergencies, like when a person who just spent 2 hours and several hundred dollars locks their keys and phone in their vehicle and needs a way to contact roadside assistance. One employee actually laughed at me as I was leaving upset. I had to go to another store, who immediately offered their store phone and their personal cell phone to help me.

It's a nice store if you are looking for casual and sports clothing. Personally, they weren't much help for me being a larger person, and I needed dress clothing for a job interview. Different tastes for different people. I would give it a try before you make a decision. It may be a fit for you.

One cashier and a lady buying Ross.she kept pulling stuff out of her cart.The cashier was painfully slow. Over a hour wait for the same cart and there is still people ahead of me. There is a very long line.

There are lots of options to choose from with great prices! I got my graduation outfit from here, well outfits (plural) 🤪 the prices are fair 👌 👍 and the parking is free and therr are lots of places to park at in the lot provided. The only thing I'd say is when I checked out thr cashier was NOT attentive, welcoming, or friendly.... unfortunately. She was too busy gossiping with her co-workers about a previous guest that had returned something? ... I'm not 100% sure on what they were talking about exactly w/the previous customer. But! The prices and options of their products are worth the trip!!

It was pleasant for a nice afternoon activity. It's relativity neat and organized. I bought a pretty towel and some bralettes for my grand. I almost bought a pretty rug but it was smelly.
