Nice array of shoes, but the worst customer service. Employees stand around and watch, never offer assistance, and when asked for help, seem annoyed. Very surprised at how unfriendly the staff were. Don’t think I would ever go back and shop there.

I have been experiencing some toe numbness when wearing shoes, due to RA complications in my feet. Sarah was able to find the perfect shoe for me. They were so comfortable that I wore them out of the store. I really appreciated her patience and advice

Sara(h) was super knowledgeable about the foot issues I was having and helped me get the exact right shoes for my use case. She even taught me a new way to tie my shoes to reduce heel issues. Didn't think that I'd need to relearn how to tie shoes as an adult, but here we are! So far, the shoes fit great and I'm very happy with my purchase.

The girl helping me was friendly and offered me multiple pairs of shoes. I am just getting back into running and was wanting reccomendations on good shoes for me. I was hoping they would watch me run on treadmill and make recommendations based on that. However that service was not offered. Running shoes are pricey. Expect to pay at least $150 for a pair of shoes if you are coming in. There is not really anything that is less expensive. They only go in price from there. I did sign up for their rewards program. You get 1 point for every dollar spent.

Sarah M was amazing! She has great knowledge about all the shoes and can really tell you why and how the shoe was made, this all helped for finding the perfect shoe! She was kind, considerate and overall the perfect associate to help pick out some new shoes for an upcoming marathon! Highly reccomend asking for her when coming in you won’t be dissapointed!

I stopped in to checkout the store and maybe get new running shoes. I was immediately impressed with their selection of running shoes plus their options of nutrition, and triathlon gear. But it was Sarah, who listened to my needs, helped me through their selection and answered all my questions that made purchasing shoes so easy and confidence building. I highly recommend this shop for their great service and all running needs.

Just bought a pair of Hoka Torrent trail shoes with the help of Sarah M. While it wasn't the particular model of Hoka I had in mind it ended up being the best choice for my training goals and running style. I've bought several pairs of shoes there over the last couple of years and the sales associates are always helpful and give sound advice. Thanks!

I cannot say enough about how helpful Runners Roost and in particular Sarah M have been. We first visited with our freshman OOS daughter in September after she joined CSU's triathlon team. They patiently educated us on all things triathlon, including her ability to rent a wet suit for first sprint race. Last minute she decided to purchase a used wetsuit (a very cool option I might add) for her second race and needed it within 48 hours. We contacted the store and spoke with Sarah M to see if we could somehow get the wetsuit to her dorm, maybe even Uber it to her, as her school/work/training/transportation schedule were not working in her favor for a store pickup. Sarah M graciously offered to drop said wetsuit off on her way home after work. While this is not the norm, nor to be expected, nor a service Runners Roost offers, it just goes to show the type of team they have and their sincere interest in their customer's needs. Whether it be supplies, equipment, nutrition, wetsuits, or simply helping a freshman girl, excited about her new sport, getting to her first full triathlon with all of the right equipment, Runners Roost and Sarah M are doing an amazing job.

I came in looking to get a new pair of On shoes for short - mid distance running. I was a little disappointed at first about the color selection available, but Cory was a rockstar in helping me find the right color combo I was looking for and ordered it to the store for me. His service was very friendly, communicative, and I could tell he was truly listening to me and I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Definitely will be coming back in the future. I came when they opened and they were already super busy but still very attentive and helped me find shoes that I liked based off a quick gait analysis and my personal preferences. They also honored the online sale price for me so that I could get my shoes right away. Definitely recommend this store for its knowledgeable and friendly staff
