I setup my appointment and on the given date I went in to the office. The office was very clean and the staff was very polite and professional. I was given an estimate time that it would take for the chip repair. Complimentary refreshments were available and before I knew it, the repair was finished. The technician who completed was very polite and friendly. Job was completed less than 30 minutes.I highly recommend Safelight ?

The Denver location damaged our car when replacing the windshield. Waited months to hear back about fixing it. We moved to Fort Collins and were told the parts were on back order and that the FoCo location would be handling the repairs. Eventually 1 piece was replaced. When I called back to ask why all of the repairs hadn’t been done, the FoCo manager said I’ll look into it and “I promise I will get back to you today” that was again, months ago. Both locations dropped the ball and have no interest in repairing the damage their employee caused.

You have one job, and one job only, replace glasses, and 90% of them are windshields. You make the appointment, you call to double check that everything is ok. Thru their webpage they ask million questions about your car, almost the color of it, so they have the correct windshield.You use your personal time, you take a day off your job or half, to go there (because you think that is better to be replaced in a profesional shop with tools and time ratter than in the street) And guess what? for the most common car with the same windshield in ALL models, the fiat 500. they order the wrong windshield. and they figure it out when yours was out, and when you already wasted half the day.The most unprofessional experience everUpdate. they offered waive the on house installation and they reschedule for 4 days latter, they arrived, the technician did a great job, i give the credit card and he left. letter we received the invoice for way more money that was told, and when we called they told me that the "correct windshield was more expensive" so the charge us more for the windshield that is stated on website. Since my problem isn't covered by the options offered online or via their automated phone answering bot, I'm unable to schedule an appointment. Frustrated that I must drive to Safelite in order to request that they fix what my dealer claims they broke when installing my windshield. Hope that I can update this review more positively in near future.

Honda across the street referred me. They were fast, knowledgeable, skilled,helpful. Got me fixed up fast. Set quickly and I was able to go right back across the street for my complimentary car wash that Honda has. Very happy with the whole experience. Friendly and helpful.

I had my glass replaced after a rock hit the windshield. A month later the windshield developed a sizable crack. Looking at the windshield and feeling the windshield there is no point of impact, just a crack within the windshield. I can't feel a thing on the windshield. Took it to Safelite Fort Collins for warranty replacement. Individual there said the crack was caused because when the wiper was replaced the wiper must have snapped back towards the windshield and created the crack. Are you kidding me? What kind of glass are you installing? That is not the issue, the wipers were put on weeks before the crack showed and again, there is no point of impact or rough impact mark on the outside of the glass. Safelite just doesn't want to honor their warranty. Called their customer service and that is complete joke. I spent a long time going through menus, going through holds, all while listening to a recorded message talk about their lifetime warranty. I'm not trying to get a free windshield as either way I'm not paying for it as it will just be resubmitted to insurance. However, I want the fix to come from where it should, and that is Satelite warranty for a bad install. Coincidence that my windshield wiper broke just a week after your install??? After having the car for 2 1/2 years. And now you want to blame a windshield wiper for a major crack. Give me a break. I will not be using this company again, and neither should you.

Once again so impressed with this place. The staff here are amazing. My sister drove from sterling to get her window fixed here because I told her how great they were. Skyler never fails to impress. He even cleaned the inside windows. So thankful for these people.

I have used them when I lived in Denver. They CAME to my house and I asked if I could recycle the glass myself and keep the promo. They allowed that. I moved to Fort collins and the CAME to my house. Charged the recycle fee, even though i had the recycle bin 5 feet away. They Refused to saying I'd lose the promo. And the icing on the cake, THEY BROKE THE REARVIEW mirror saying it would be a week till they got the replacement. It's been almost a month. The FORT COLLINS STORE needs help and they still owe me a mirror or the money I am going to have to spend to replace it. They broke it. They need to replace it or pay for the new one. I've waited long enough for the 20 something short of 500$ bucks I paid for the service

I had 2 deep huge rock pits in my windshield. Got an appt and they fixed my pits so well you really have to look really hard to find them. Amazing work.

I would give them 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. U have to go through the website and after it asks u everything but your shoe size it schedules you an appointment. When I went to drop my car off, they didn’t have my appointment in the computer. I showed the worker the confirmation email and he told me there was nothing he could do because my windshield was not in stock. Hey safelight, why don’t u make it so u can talk to a human and maybe you would have my business. I’ll be going somewhere else.

I had an appointment today and I needed to call and see if it was OK if I arrive late because I was stuck in another town. There is no way from the website or call center to actually speak to a human being to find out if this is the case. I’ve already done all of my insurance, and I have no way to know if I have to redo everything or if I can transfer that appointment to a new one. It’s a completely moronic new system which means I have to go in person to try to reschedule. This is pathetic. There is no customer service.

Beware before scheduling an appointment that they have" scheduling program" issues.I made an appointment through my insurance company. I was told they would come out same day to replace a windshield between 8 & 5. I was surprised & delighted. I confirmed multiple times that indeed they meant the same day & that they really could get me in that quick. I was told absolutely theyd come between 8 & 5. I cleared my schedule & stayed at home. At 1:30 they called & said they were over booked & wouldn't be coming. They offered that I could come into their shop(45 minutes away & I have 2 young children), or have an appointment 5 days from now for someone to come out. I've used them many times & never had any issues, but this is very disappointing & extremely frustrating. I'm on a time crunch & have now wasted a day & won't be able to get it done in time. I'll pick a different company in the future that doesn't have scheduling problems.

I tried to get my windshield fixed and my order has been deleted twice without any communication to me. The phone service makes it impossible to talk to anyone and will just hang up on you. Even when I finally got to talk to someone, they conferenced in this store and the individual we spoke to had no idea why my order was cancelled the first time and told me he would look into it and call me back. After weeks I decided to reach back out to find my order was cancelled again. Do not work with this company, poor service, no communication, and inability to perform the service they are supposed to.
