Best Safeway I’ve ever been to, and believe me, I know they can be questionable. This one is well lit and always well stocked. Nice chill vibes even when it’s busier.

Was shopping at the drake store on the 18th about 445. Grabbing some chicken and the guy behind the counter was pretty rude and obnoxious. He doesn't need to be in customer service maybe overnights would work better for him. Hope something is done or I will pursue this.

There was an old man at the deli/chicken counter who said he did not know how long the “things” had been in the heated food display. I do not think he should be giving free samples, as he plopped one in my hand that was burning hot. So silly, not a fan, he should be fired. Do not keep him around because he is an old white man, his performance is not acceptable and dangerous. I will come to file my complaint in person as well.
-concerned customer, please hire less old white people, they suck at their jobs, are racist, and incapable.

For some reason this location has gotten rid of their shopping baskets. This decision has made this location unshoppable for me. I hate carts and I hate filling my reusable bags just to have to dump them out at checkout. Today I forgot about the lack of baskets and when I walked in and remembered why I don't go here anymore I walked out again and drove the extra 5 miles down the road to King Soopers where they provide baskets to their guests. I will not return to Safeway until they rectify this problem.

6pm on a Friday and they have 1 checkout line open. This place has consistently gone downhill. It's 💯 management. Employees say they have offered to help and want hours, and management is cutting hours instead. It's unfortunate as it is the local store, but we will be going elsewhere

I shopped at the same Safeway in Englewood, Co since 2009. Recently in June of 2024 I moved to the P.O.E.T area and found this Safeway nearby. Having a store with such great staff and the familiarity so close has really made this transition so much easier. 5 stars for the all the staff, management and product selection (I do miss the Viggo beans and rice💯"). Keep up the great work!

I use the gas station regularly, I live nearby and shop here, and it feels like they have abandoned the gas station. I filled up Tuesday evening 11/19/24. The attendant was very helpful and friendly, which I wouldn't have know normally, but the keypad didn't work at the gas pump, which has become the norm, so I had to go inside and ask them to put money on the pump. They need to replace the keypads, this has happened so much recently that I'm going to drive past this gas station to get gas next time.

Been coming here for years. Recently they have gotten rid of baskets and most of the small carts. Please bring them back, it makes shopping a huge pain. Especially when the large carts clog up the self checkout.

I ordered a cake with the picture of how I wanted it decorated. It looked just like the picture and tasted amazing! Workers in the bakery were really helpful.

This is literally the worst grocery store in existence. Their corporate gives them no hours.. 530 pm, one cashier (maybe), usually 2-3 self checkouts down. A massive ADA issue (their ‘reset team,’ deriding me); thought I couldn’t read lips, oh but I can, my phone records things to play to my earbuds, and all documented. Now I don’t want to go in for fear of that, now they cannot even operate their pick-up system. I know it will increase my bills by 20% maybe more, you all need to close, bring on Kroger. I will happily pay more to avoid ridicule, ineptitude, and and in-stock issues. Corporate you’re a disgrace, management, not much better, employees (outside of 3) find a new job. Collectively a catastrophe, in violation of federal law, and you don’t care. Drive anywhere else, pay more, do anything to avoid this store.

I needed help because my clipped coupon wasn't working and the person/ store clerk wasn't being helpful and it seemed to inconvenient for them to actually do their job.
