Really stellar customer service for a grocery store. Emma was very helpful in pointing out a couple random items I couldn't find! Deals also tend to be better and pharmacy lines much shorter than King Soopers.

The talented floral designers at this location have been preparing bouquets for my friends for over a year now. The flowers are always fresh, and the beautiful arrangements bring joy to all of my friends in a senior living facility. In addition to Teresa, my go-to floral designer for most of these bouquets, I was excited to have Erin create a gorgeous arrangement today. She helped me choose flowers that would last and complementary colors. The result was stunning! Thanks again.

The staff at this Safeway are always friendly. The store is clean and I never have problems finding anything. The have good deals on produce which is super since its a convenient stop on my way home.

Horrible customer service and ALWAYS check your receipt because the discounts they advertise frequently don't show up in what you're actually paying. I really try to avoid this location when I can, and I'll probably just stop going there altogether. I've been told to "just not buy" certain items because they can't figure out their own registers, as though this is normal practice. The last time this happened, I left my groceries at the register and went to another store where the same exact items were cheaper, it was faster, and the employees seemed to actually appreciate the business.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Safeway bakery. I recently ordered a birthday cake and specifically requested a personalized message. To my dismay, the employee who wrote "Happy Birthday" on the cake did so with the worst handwriting imaginable. It was barely legible and looked completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, they only used one color for the writing, despite us paying for the service and expecting a bit more effort and creativity. It's unacceptable that we had to settle for such poor quality. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will think twice before using this bakery again. Safeway needs to seriously reconsider their employee training and customer service standards.

Safeway on Harmony has an underrated bakery department. I drive out of my way to go to this store for baked goods - especially cakes. This morning I was helped by Teresa with a birthday cake for a coworker and interacting with her, her professionalism, and her cake decorating put a smile on my face all day. Teresa, I really appreciate you and the whole bakery team. Thank you very much!
