They were out of a few things I needed. However, the head clerk Niq was very helpful & pleasant 4 different times for us throughout this store! He deserves a raise at the very least! ?

Went to a Safeway in another town and the sushi selection was outstanding they had three different shelves of different kinds, ( usually in preparation for Valentine’s Day this is a good seller) I bought the dragon roll for $10 and only ate about half of what was packaged I go to the sushi selection in this store which is absolutely terrible considering there’s no variety and it’s miniature sizes of sushi at the price of $7 and I know I wouldn’t get anywhere near full with what was presented I’d hope in the future you sale things for a fair price or have more sushi in the package one of the two would be great.. and I’m sure you’d get a lot more sales

Decent store. Meat specials are good. Deli has very poor customer service. Pharmacy prices are excellent and service is good.

I shop here all the time. it is a great place to pop in and grab stuff without dealing with the King Soopers fracas. The staff is very helpful and friendly and even attempts to learn your name if you are a regular. Thanks for making me feel like a part of the community!

Teresa in floral is a very talented flower designer. She has made three beautiful fall bouquets for me over the last month or so. All were very impressive and made my friends very happy!

I have been to the store twice and both the times I had to wait for 10 mints for the employee to get what I wanted not because he was busy working because he was busy talking .He was nicely chatting away with another customer as if they are at a party trying to socialize and I did bring it to the attention of one of the employees and she just brushed it aside as if it's a normal thing. I wonder if that's their work culture or they are too afraid to cofront him. Anyways I don't see myself shopping there anymore . Bring in someone who actually likes to work and not waste our time. Oh and by the way his name is Riq atleast that's what it said on his tag.

I was scoffed at for wearing sunglasses in doors by what I believe is the manager, some Hispanic guy in a blue button up with grey hair with a lot of gel in it. I've worn the glasses for a medical condition most of my life and I'd rather just be able to quietly shop then have your staff whom I've never met take a dig at me. He honestly should be fired, as this store isn't so perfect that your staff has time to make fun of your customers. It happened Saturday September 2nd around 12:30. I was so stunned to be made fun of by one of your workers that I didn't catch the name tag..but I do remember his face, and I'm considering filling a formal complaint. I just wanted to buy groceries, instead I got made fun of for having a medical condition. Thank you Safeway

Really enjoy how everybody else during the day the store is a very confident in knowing employee but once you get to the nighttime crew it’s like the heads fall straight out the bums I would say something different but I’ll keep it PG six digit google probably won’t be coming back to this Safeway anytime soon funny how certain managers can do certain things but all of a sudden manager night all these rules stipulations and obligations so super sad give it a zero but I can’t on Google

This Safeway store has really deteriorated in cleanliness and management seems to be absent. The dairy case where milk and coffee creamer is shelved smells like something is rotten or dead every time I open the door to make a selection. It rarely has much on the shelves in the milk section and looking at the cooler interior it's very dirty. The egg cooler is nasty with broken eggs and opened cartons and often has no eggs. Not sure what the problem is but the general manager seems too important to care.

I only do pickup because I am disabled, but the pickup staff has always been great. I used to always shop at King Soopers but they constantly forgot items from my orders so I started going to Safeway instead. Almost never have issues here and don't have to deal with so much hassle. Pickup staff is also always very friendly.

I am very upset with Safeway and its management. My husband purchased a $300 Safeway Gift Card for his 90 year old father for Father's Day. My father-in-law recently lost the use of his right arm during a surgery. He lives in Tucson, Arizona. He does not have or use a cell phone. When my father-in-law went down to Safeway in Tucson to use the gift card the number was somehow not reading properly. My father-in-law claimed that it was wrapped in very tight plastic and he had trouble opening the package, thus damaging the card. The card can never be used as it is damaged. Obviously, the card has not been used. The $300 will never be redeemed! I spoke to a female manager initially and she was very nice. She researched and found the original purchase and our credit card information.She gave me a "ticket number" and said we could expect a refund within 30 days. We have the proof of the purchase of the card. When I contacted Safeway Help Desk and gave them my ticket number they said that without a photo of the gift card, its packaging and the receipt there is no way they could even research this. So, apparently, because my 90 year old father-in-law does not have a cell phone or the ability to day any of the things asked we are aout $300!!! When I spoke to Gary, your store manager, he was not helpful at all. I am disgusted! To think that a large company like Safeway would not give us a refund when the card cannot be used is HORRIBLE!!! The female manager told me that the store has been having a lot of problems with the cards since they started putting them in "impossible to open" plastic. I cannot belive your team would not help us further with this matter. This is a SCAM. We will NEVER shop at Safeway again and I plan to repeat this story over and over on every platform I can. This is just big corporation theft in my opinion.
