I was told a prescription would be ready in 30-40 minutes. When I came to pick it up - 8 hours later - I was told the medication wasn’t in stock so it will be another 3 days to fill. The medication is for seizures and obviously can’t be skipped for 3 days! The person at the register was not only unhelpful, she was rude. I’m glad others have had such a great experience but don’t be fooled, these people are truly bad at their jobs.

excellent customer service and friendly staff! never had a bad experience with them yet. they have a great text system for prescription pickup alerts and keep the medication for over a week if you are struggling to find time to pick it up.

Absolutely never use this pharmacy. All of the techs have horrible attitudes and never want to be helpful. And they love to cause problems with insurance and make things so much harder than needed. Never use this pharmacy

Pharmacy staff are great! My only complaint is about the Safeway app. Medications are impossible to find. Old prescriptions are not archived once a new Rx is sent in. After a year or more, you can't find the newest Rx by number. They only have dates and you have to scroll thru pages of former fills of your Medication trying to find the one you need. Being on 20+ drugs, it is a frustrating mess!

This pharmacy is great. They are friendly and understand the urgency necessary for filling certain prescriptions and navigating insurance issues. I've only encountered a couple issues with delays when trying to fill specialty medications regularly--I wish they'd keep some on-hand since I order monthly.

Very unhelpful and rude. Unwilling to help find a solution after given 3 days notice of needing this prescription. Then being lied to as why they don’t have the Prescription. When my MD orders my meds I do not need the pharmacist questioning it and demanding personal information. I will pay cash before I ever return to this Pharmacy. I now understand why I never see other customers at this pharmacy.

Allie in the Starbucks coffee shop went above and beyond to help me out. I had ordered a coffee carrier at the King Soopers Starbucks but they were out of coffee carriers. I was stuck. I had 30 people waiting on coffee at a training session. They told me to go to any Starbucks and that they would honor my online order. What King Soopers staff should have meant was any free-standing corporate Starbucks, not one in a grocery store. But Allie at this Safeway worked with me to get my coffee ready and work with Safeway on how to manage the online order (that I could not cancel!). I was so thankful for her going above and beyond. I hope Safeway is able to read this message. Also, I need to mention, this store has the most beautiful fresh produce displays - the mushrooms are particularly well-appointed.

Unless you like being treated rudely, without compassion or empathy and you like a pharmacy where the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist think they have an MD behind their name for prescriptions I have been taking for 10+ years, you should NOT give this pharmacy or store a dime of your money! I cannot be without my medicines (life threatening)) and they were given a three day notice. I would rather pay cash for my prescriptions than ever step foot in this store or pharmacy again.

I went to this pharmacy and the team working there was amazing! Kacie and Kevin went above and beyond so that I could quickly access time sensitive medicine. I felt really supported and cared for by them. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
