This pharmacy never ordered my prescription after a week of calling and being told it would be ready the next day. I finally was told just to call the surrounding pharmacies myself to try to find someone who had it.

Pharmacist ‘Jean’, Molly, and pharmacy tech Katie are the best in the town. I actually transferred from one to store to another because they’re so knowledgeable and precise. To a Virgo such as myself precision and accuracy crucial. They work tirelessly. What I always appreciate is as soon as I enter, and turn the corner I’m greeted with genuine warm smiles. Makes me feel like they’re genuinely happy to see me. On the other hand their internal monologue could be screaming Ahhh here she comes! I’m just teasing!! but these three are wonderful always and honest. Truly! if I could give them six stars, I would.

Pharmacy staff are always great to deal with. Sure, sometimes there is problem getting a med, but it's not the fault of staff. They work hard to serve their customers.

They had an issue with their payment system, and all branches were offline. My wife went to one and then came to this one later. She called me because she was with our baby and no cash. I drove in traffic 40 mins to arrive and ended up that the system was working even before she got there. All employees laughing and talking to each other and NOBODY hay 5 second to remove all the signs about cash only. Employees here are the worst customer service ever. They really dont care. Even after I confronted them telling about the sign still up, nobosy went to remove it.

They're quite low on staff - I think I've only seen two people working there total since I started using this pharmacy a few months ago - but they're both the sweetest people, and they've been great pharmacists. Always straightforward and helpful, kind under stress, and impressively efficient. I only have experience picking up meds here so far, no vaccinations or anything more involved, but it's been my best experience of med management in Fort Collins.

Derek is an amazing pharmacist. His people skills and integrity are beyond reproach. Twice within a month he has gone above and beyond to expedite getting my meds in the most timely manner. The second time cutting his lunch short to help me out. He is a true example of what customer service is all about.

While it was super easy to schedule my flu shot online, I wasn’t certain from the company’s website if the bivalent Covid series was available to everyone yet, so I asked the pharmacist when I was there for my flu shot. Since I had my third dose over two months ago from another Safeway and could show him proof from my phone, he was able to add that to my appointment. I left with all my updated vaccinations! The tech who checked me in was also professional and kind. I’m very happy with Safeway’s above-and-beyond service today!

I greatly enjoy shopping at this Safeway. Lisa the cashier is such a wonderful lady!! When you check out she really leaves you feeling like a friend!! Awesome

Literally worst pharmacy in fort collins, they ask you to hold with an attitude the second they pick up then hang up on you. I called multiple times over a week to get scripts transfered there and they never transfered them. After multiple requests and over a week they still have not requested my medications from my previous pharmacy and went as far as to try and blame me for their incompetence. Drive further for a staff that doesn't hate their life and actually does their job.

I've never had such trouble filling my prescription before, I work extremely long hours so I can only pick up early or late during their hours and almost every time I've gone in to do so they are closed early or on a "time delayed" open. Clearly the are understaffed and over worked. I'm moving pharmacies because narcotic withdrawals all because of bad pharmacy staff are completely unacceptable!

Joe was very understanding and helpful when my doctor had a mixup with my prescription. We had to wait on hold with a different pharmacy to confirm, and he was very kind throughout it all!
