Gretchen and I decided to embark on a combination residence and short term rental build of a duplex on the beach in North Carolina called Sol de Mar Oceanfront. We lived in Fort Collins for two decades and were referred to Salt Design by our architect Sean Tomlinson hoping that Salt could help us with the interior design of our new property. From the get-go, Annie put our minds at ease and began sketching out the paths we could take to get our place ready for the start of summer rentals that were only a few months away. It is difficult for us to express the relief Gretchen and I felt after just two conference calls with Annie. We could tell immediately that we were in good hands and had someone that could actually get this done and done well. Annie not only offered many design paths, but was also able to flex things to our preferences and budget constraints. Annie was with us all the way, even when the purchasing process was delayed and complicated by the onset of the virus in March of 2020. The house was done on time and our visiting guests were all thrilled with Annie's keen eye for design. We could not be happier with Annie's commitment to listening, collaboration, and timeliness. It was a most enjoyable experience and money well spent. We could not have done this without Annie and the Salt team.

I can't say enough about Salt Design! They are an incredible team! I have worked personally with Annie on several projects over the past 15 years. Her leadership, guidance, organization and warm personality made every experience enjoyable. No matter what, Annie will make sure the job gets done.She has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry but a lifetime of putting her creative stamp on the world.
