It's not if things go wrong, it's how you handle them when they do. The staff at the tire center took care of me from the moment I walked-in. We ran into some problems with the treatment of my tire. Kevin, was able to come to me with a few options that would not put me out in any way. The whole team was able to adapt to the mistake they made. Things happen and they made it right! This team takes pride in what they do and ownership of their actions. I cannot think of any reason to venture to any other tire center in town. I'd be surprised if I would ever receive the same heightened level of quality and service anywhere else!

Very horrible service in their tire center. Tried to get headlight restoration done multiple times and every time is a different excuse. They claim that they don’t have the staff for it when there are 3 techs sitting doing nothing. I was told come in the morning around 10 and they will be able to do it and have more staff. I came back at 11 and they said they are all booked up and to come back later because I missed my appointment. It would have been nice if Kevin told me it’s an appointment not a walk in. They will keep delaying you because they don’t wanna do services that don’t cost a lot like tires. Loveland much better

The people in the Tire center are great and they sell good tires. However, Sam's tire buying process is broken. I ordered tires on-line by telling Sam's the year, make and model of my car. I ordered with no problem. When the tires arrive, there is no obvious way to schedule an install. I call the tire center directly to schedule the install. I'm routed to a call center somewhere in the world, tell the agent the year, make and model of my car to make the install. I schedule with no problem. I arrive at the appointed time to be told they can not install tires on my car. My car is fully stock. Now I've wasted a week waiting on the tires and rearranged my weekend all for nothing.Sam's had multiple opportunities to figure out they can not install on my car and had multiple opportunities and multiple ways to contact me, yet no contact and no understanding that they cannot install. The people in the tire center knew immediately that they could not install.The web site should know install is not available for specific models.The call to the tire shop should go directly to the tire shop.The tire shop should be given my phone number and email so they can contact me.None of this happened. These are relatively easy fixes if they apply technology or a little concern for the customer.

Sebastian gave me fast professional advice and service - good comparison of options- and got me on my way with a new battery in 5 minutes!Plus he’s a nice, friendly guy that made the experience enjoyable.

Sam's tire center is the worst tire place I have ever seen. They ignored me completely for awhile even though I had an appointment. The entire crew went to lunch at the same time. When they did talk to me it wasn't exactly rude, but not polite either. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR TIRES.

My card was used fraudulently at this location and I have gotten nothing but the run around. $400 taken from myself and my children on the week of Christmas and nothing so much as an apology. I’m not impressed whatsoever. When I called today and asked for the corporate phone number i was given some generic 1-800-walmart number that did not get me anywhere close to corporate. As a supposed “family friendly” supermarket i would have thought my financial distress as a single mom of 4 kids would have taken in a higher regard of care. Sam’s Club/Walmart is a multimillion dollar corporation and yet they have completely left me hanging during the holidays by a mistake their store allowed in-store with fraudulent activity. I will continue to share my experience and continue to pursue communication with corporate!

Had a staple in the tire of or rental car. Nate took a quick look immediately and could tell it wasn’t fixable. Took forever for AVIS to give us authorization for a new tire, but once we got the go ahead, Nate and Sebastian jumped on it immediately and had us on our way in 20 minutes. Those guys were the best! Thanks to Sam’s Club and Nate & Sebastian for letting us keep our reservations and helping us in a hurry to get out of time.

Got my tires here about 2 years ago. Already need new ones. They calmed that I overfilled my tires when they were the only ones that ever filled them. Called to express my frustrations, and they got very defensive

The meat department puts out great product. High choice beef. Minimal trim, with great prices.

You don't even need to go this tire center to know how unprofessional they are. The employees use company time and resources for their own cars. They are constantly revving their engines outside, peeling out, and speeding down the streets of Oakridge and Boardwalk. The regional manager needs to get them in line.

Went in to get a slow leak fixed for my tire/ get new ones. Claimed it was fixed but it still went flat 2 days later.

Nate & Sebastian were life savers in the Tire center. I had a problem with a rental car tire. They quickly diagnosed it on a Sunday morning and were able to get me a replacement tire and out the door inside of 20 minutes. Those guys are the best & went well above and beyond to get my family back on the road, when all other local tire stores were closed.
